Guys this is a 10/10 I guarentee you that this gave me the best costumer service ever. I bought a gift card today and they told me to have a good day and also whenever you leave they tell you to have a good day. I love this place so much.

Worst 7-11 I've been to. Make sure to count your change and see how much your being charged. These guys will scam you hard. Soda machines are trash. No soda most of the time.

This has never happened to me at ANY 7 eleven. I mostly review businesses to give compliments but today I felt discrimination. I simply came for a diet coke from their fountain. Specifically because of the price and because I use the 7 eleven rewards app and need one more purchase to get earn a free one. I drink diet because of my diet and cannot have extra carbs. I poured my drink and out of the diet button came Dr Pepper. I said maybe I made a mistake but I didn't i poured again and it was Dr. Pepper. I tried the Dr Pepper button and it was a half water half cola substance. When I alerted the man who claims to be the owner he said "No I saw what you did on camera you poured regular coke PEOPLE LIKE YOU COST US MONEY" I WAS IN SHOCK. I said "Im a customer here Im telling you something is wrong because I want to buy something you can check my points". He continued to say how PEOPLE LIKE ME waste the stores money 50 cents every time I pour a drink out and that if I don't like the flavor I can buy a bottle. This defeats the purpose of the rewards program. I had to start recording because after being accused of sip stealing and him saying people like you instead of addressing my concerns like a business should I no longer felt this business was acting in good faith to satisfy the customer. I was gonna just get a bottle anyways but as I went towards the fridge he screamed GET OUT to which I did after about 10 seconds of explaining what was going on in my video. He started yelling "Call the cops" like I was some kind of criminal . The soda fountain isn't labeled or priced properly the outside of the store and inside looks dirty. The worst part about this is that the service and if this was in fact the owner was horrendous. I don't recommend this 7 11.

I was so disappointed with this 7-eleven because this is the one that I love to stop by for a late snack or a summer Slurpee. Today I went to redeem some points but the teller was rude. First he tried to tell me that I owe money then he told me I already redeem my points. Another co-worker had to tell him that my item free because I had points. It was a nightmare. He didn’t know what to do and he was getting mad at me. Terrible person.

The employees in the early morning are so friendly! Both happily told me good morning and were just overall nice. They keep busy too, keeping the place clean and being attentive. Good customer service i don't normally receive at a 7 eleven. Would come here again.

Every 7-11 you got to deal with the bums. Here is no exception. But the workers here are probably the nicest and most eager 7-11 employees I have ever met. Great job!
