While the 7-11 brand seems to have gone a little bit down hill, it is still a very good business. Our neighborhood 7-11 is pretty decent. It is located on a Main Street so it gets business and is doing pretty good. We come here mainly for snacks and the drink deals that are always ongoing. Like today was the large Brisk Ice Teas on sale 2/$3 which is not bad considering some stores sell the same drink for nearly $3 each. Also come here for the chips, got my the flaming hot Cheetos with nacho sauce pour over them. Yes, they have a chili and nacho cheese dispenser where the sauces are free. Anything that is free (to a point) is a good thing. Keep it up

I'd give it negative stars if I could. You'd think twice before touching anything in the store, especially during this pandemic. No precautions, everything is very disgusting, homeless passed out front, dried pee everywhere. On top of that I asked for decaf because of health reasons I can not have caffeinated, and they gave me caffeinated and called it decaf. I got very sick and went back. Cashier said they mix the coffees if they don't sell fast enough, and if I don't like it I can go elsewhere. Don't go here.

Warning:GHETTO This 711 is located in a very ghetto area. There are bumz and tweakers all along the parking lot. There's always cops roughing someone up.... and the workers are rude unless you're a local... (which I am) Every time i walk into this store I'm greeted with a smile. (Maybe its because they know me, or maybe its because they remember me throwing a tweaker out of their store).. either way they greet me with a smile. Going to this 711 is like going to the zoo... watch the animals in their natural habitat.. just dont feed them or try to pet them... and you'll be alright...

Shady cashier. Went to cash a lotto ticket for $5. Asked for powerball and two super lottos and a mega for $6. Cashed me out and never gave me the tickets until I asked for them. Then he only gave me 3 of the four tickets. Had to call him out again to get last ticket. Also charged me $1.59 for a slurpee refill which should only be .99¢...

Due the economics of the local area the owners assume the worst from their customers, my girlfriend and I brought in cups and got ice and refills and were charged full price. Would not listen to reason. Bad service!!

The business is actually contributing to the degradation of the community. They have cameras that watch the property but all the crime is committed by the customers. The food is old. The beer prices are high. Parking is horrible.
