I remember coming in opening day hopeful for a nice convenience store only to hear the at the time owners boasting about putting their neighbors out of business. That I f course did not happen. And since then this 7-eleven has remained a disappointment. Often times "fresh" tea and coffee are not only "out" but in facts were never brewed. When I've asked if things I've seen available are in stock I've been told no. Which would not be. Problem if I had not visibly seen them across the counter. Over all this store has always been terrible since it's opening and I am surprised they have been able to stay open. Perhaps the 7-eleven name had kept them there. 0/10 Gould recommend.

I was told, by who I’m assuming is the manager, to not come back for taking a small chunk of “her” napkins to clean up a spill in my car. I’ve been a customer to this location almost daily for nearly 3 years so I won’t be coming back again after being treated like that. Don’t be in charge if you don’t know how to talk to customers.

I use to work at seven eleven and one of the problems I always see is people lingering around. This place is clean and a bit small staff can be more engaging nowadays most cashiers talk among them ignoring the customer or their checking their phone

A lot of the times I go in there they either don't have coffee ready or they just decided to not make it that day and they say some sort of excuse. Not only that they take they're sweet time at the register when early in the morning I have to get to work. I've waited up to 10 mins in line with 3 clients in line. They also don't stock on they're tobacco products and when they did they would stock up on expired products.

Place is garbage. Does not upkeep with their stock. Associates lack any kind of discipline couldn't even provide any customer service. I just hope that whoever is management gets fired as they don't know whom they're hiring and obviously should let them know they need manners. one guy in particular who is white and has a ponytail is rude as f*** and has made homophobic , transphobic remarks. And he obviously associate them both with also homelessness apparently. So there's that charm to this place.

Horrible and rude customer service. The night crew there close their doors and claim it’s closed when I arrived.(open 24 hours)Looks like they were just sitting on the counter eating or doing something suspicious by the bathroom. I called and to ask why they’re closed and she said she wasn’t going to open it because she’s alone and then hung up on me, and then proceeded to go back to the bathroom area.There were clearly two people in the store. How are they suppose to make money there with closed doors and a lazy cashier during the night? SMH

I forgot my credit card here yesterday morning. I didnt realize that my card was missing until 7pm last night. I came back this morning and the nice lady at the counter verified my ID BEFORE giving me the card. I appreciated this as anyone could have came in and said the card was theirs. Also, thank you to Leigh, who was the cashier when I left my card, for holding onto my card.
