My experience was more like a terrified night mare when I entered the front door I was told I was not welcome there and my dog was not def not coming in the 711 employee verbally bashes me the hole time I'm in the store and makes comments to other customers about my homelessness and he also rants and raves at me untill I'm out the store telling me im not welcome there anymore and he is calling the cops threating my well being this made me so sad I wanted to just die I hate how this man treats me please help me at best make him do some kind of class that teaches you how to be a good customer services person cuase never in my life have I felt so disrespected an put down so if anybody reads this please donate money to my dog she is sick from.eating a rotten burrito this man had put out her cash app is $caseyrathburns thank God bless

The evening Lady worker willllll not give anyone change for even a dollar let alone change for a 5,10,20 and is EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & SHE STEREOTYPES CUSTOMERS WHICH I ASSUME IS BASED ON A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A CUSTOMER @ SOME POINT ALONG THE LINE SO now she has put ppl in categories based on appearances and I am positive about this as I've experienced it before in other situations a d businesses

Ask for a receipt. They over charge you or give you less change. Watch out for Osvaldo (shaved head) and the other guy with the beanie from Guerrero. Rateros.

I used to visit this place regularly for quick snacks before taking a bus. There's this cashier using the name tag 'Singh' double ringing and overcharging. The first two times I didn't ask for receipts but the debit charge was dubious. The first time I asked one there was an item double charged, today I saw a double charge from him before I exited the store and asked for a refund. He insisted I should take merchandise instead. If you buy from here, keep tabs of your charges. Generally an ok place otherwise.Edit: Thanks for auto response I guess. There is quite literally a 'refund transaction' button in every register if a mistake happens. Refusing to do so when noticed and regularly overcharging is scamming.

Stopped by to get something to drink and a snack on my way to work around 2am. Guy working there at the time gets very annoyed and ask me in spanish "if im going to buy something to hurry up because hes going to close" keep in mind this is a "24hour" location. I walk around for 2 secs to see what i want to get. Dude says something under his breathe very annoyed, at that point i didnt even feel comfortable or welcomed. I told him nevermind its ok thanks and he doesnt say a word but as soon as i walk out he slams the door behind me, puts up self made "closed" signs and walks away. This was the WORST service i have ever received. 7 Eleven needs to find new employees for all the 7 Elevens that are located on Bristol St. In Santa Ana.

The workers are the worst, as soon as you walk in you feel judged and they look at you as if you're going to steal. I am a 17 year old girl and the cashier was questioning me asking if I was in a hurry and that I looked anxious. He kept repeating that I looked tired... basically making me feel as if I was a drug addict.

The prices are high for this area and.this 7 11 is really dirty outside and in.the food in the hot dog roller coaster is old and so are the Donuts.THE DONUTS ARE NASTY EVERY TIME I COME HERE. You guys have potential.Just pick it up a notch or two.I LOVE 7/11 accross the board.you guys need a pressure washer to clean all the grease balls off out front.
