I tried to walk into this 711 right now and was told it was closed. How is a 711 closed? He was just standing around. Never in my life have i ever been denied into a 711. What a disappointment. Updated I just waled again to 711 at 1 40 AM and it was closed. The date is June 13 2024 is this specific enough? Why is a story that is supposed to be open 24 hours Even close that makes no sense chained up and everything this is the 3rd time.

Disclaimer: they are NOT open 24hrs. Do not rely on their open sign nor maps. Other than late night munchies being a hit or miss- the service is great and they always have new flavors available from chip brands. Their store is also kept clean especially near the drink stations.

They need to update their business hours to reflect that they’re closed from 2am - 7am. It’s disrespectful to the customers don’t have cars and are trying to prepare for their day by trying to spend money at this establishment.

Just picture this 7/11 in the middle of downtown LA xDThey have more class than these Indians.Very patient not like here fr don't bother if ur trying to get a fountain drink they have out of order signs

Absolutely the worst 711 in California. Never open at night even though they claim 24hrs, does not answer their phone, and horrible customer service.

Horrible service. I came here today with my daughter before we went on our regular Saturday walk. We purchased 3 celsius drinks, chips & a lemonade. I was a regular here. When I walked into the store two associates where at the register. I looked at one of them in the blonde dyed hair, showed her the drink I walked in with (celsius drink) half empty. She nodded her head as in yes. I did this as a way of courtesy, to show them I am walking in with a drink in hand already. No signs are posted that you need to do this. As I walk up to the register I put down 4 drinks in total plus the chips. When I am asked about the drink in hand. The associate asked what about that drink? I replied I brought this from home. She continues to ring up my items when she stops and asks me again. I responded and said I brought this one from home. She says, don't be upset I am only asking, I responded I am not upset I am responding to your question. If in doubt check the cameras. She proceeds to have a conversation with the associates next to her in another language which guess what ? I understand the language. I did not say anything, but then the other associate says to me. She was only asking because people steal. I replied I understand, but not me. Then the other girl tells me you're upset. If anyone is upset for being accused of stealing and interrogated yes that is normal. I told you check the cameras. To the male owner who came out, I am sure you checked the cameras and realized you where wrong. You told me that people need to show what's in there hands before they walk in, and I said I did. I made eye contact with the blonde dyed hair person. She nodded yes. I then asked you, however where is the sign that says people have to show what they have in hands when they walk in? If this is a store policy where is the sign? I am Hispanic. This community is full of Hispanic people who shop here. I do not recommend profiling people.. Accusing someone of stealing when not true can bring consequences. My mother was assaulted outside of this 711 I should have known better then to shop here. This is what you get when trying to help the community. Rude employees and owner. Dirty store, with many homeless people outside. I do not recommend. Do not come here unless you want to be accused of stealing. Once again check your cameras before verbally accusing someone of something they did not do. You are wrong. I came here every Saturday before my walk. Disgusting behavior. I read other people's reviews and notice they mention similar situations. You are upset because I am a educated Hispanic who knew how to respond to every question you had. I will never stay quiet and allow anyone to accuse me of something I did not do. Easily fixed by listening and checking the cameras. You did not check them because you did not want to be proved wrong and have to Apologize to me. I have contacted corporate with this issue.
