Worst customer service and honestly I had it with the same employee he is by far the worst person and has a very bad attitude. The first time I encountered him was because I was purchasing some scratchers it was not even the time to selling the scratchers because I had ask before trying to buy them and when I ask for some scratchers he said it’s close and I told him I still have 30 min and he really with oh I know but I am about to clock out and I don’t feel like selling no more. Dude is not even the owner or the manager and acts like it. And today Jan 4, 2024 I went in to buy a hotdog and. A pizza while I was paying for my items he hands me out a dried pizza that looks like it’s been there for hours while he had done a fresh one. He got mad when I was requesting for the slice pizza he didn’t want to give it to me he said it’s the same thing I told him I wanted it fresh then he grab the old pizza and tossed back again to sell to someone else. I asked for him name and he said his name is Jape or something like that. He is 5’5 dark skin and semi long hair. While the other employee was there sittting I told him he has a bad attitude everytime I come and I’m sure I’m not the only one who encountered his attitude. Honestly I’ve meet them manager and he is very sweet person this employee acts like if he is the owner. They need to hired new friendly staff in this location.

711 is amazing especially in the mornings the staff are a bit rude but it's understandable with the work pressure and all they always have the coffee delicious coffee ready and pizza that's my go to. I'ma give them 4 stars for always having discounts and being some what friendly with me God bless you all

When I pointed out that the cash register closest to the door has a card skimmer on it they told me it just looked broken and that I could “just try it, it will work.” Um yeah… no thank you. I don’t really want my card info stolen. After some back and forth they agreed to ring me up in the second cashier.

they have bad service, unless its something u need in the aisles youre good, but other than that stay away from that 7 eleven employees, many weird looks to women that pass by and rude to customers asking them for a pizza or for food, ive been to many others where they were so kind just go to a different 7/11 store and dont pay with card.

This place is terrible, i bought 2 one chips and got scammed there was an Indian guy with a slit on his brow and he charged me 20$ bucks when the total was 17.89. As a matter of fact he's been scamming many kids and taking advantage throughout the school hole day.
