Dropped of my vehicle for alignment at 11am, they said there was 3 vehicles ahead of me that it'll take 2-3 hrs, I left it there, 5hrs passed by n I hadn't heard from them so I went n they had not done anything to my vehicle. They told me a bunch of excuses/lies and that they needed an 1hr or 2 more to get it done, I ended up taking my vehicle. Wasted a full day..... only reason they have all this good reviews cause they have a QR code that u can scan where u leave 2 good reviews they'll give you $20 off

So far it's been almost 4 hours. So about 1 hour per tire. Been coming here for while actually, but will probably be my last. It seems to have be going down hill the last 2-3 years.

I have a Range Rover Sport and needed my brake pads replaced same day and it was already 4pm when I showed up! I expected to hear what my last 10 calls said, that they couldn’t do it same day and it would be 3x what 7day tire told me. I grew up with two mechanic brothers and a mechanic father. 7day tire was the only place that had friendly customer service, didn’t ballon up the price and told me he could make room for me if I needed it done! I have 3 cars and from here on out I know exactly where I’ll be coming.
Don’t get hustled else where! Give these guys a call first, you’ll be happy that you did
