Don’t waste your time they will give you wrong information over the phone and then have you set for 20 to 30 minutes because the owner has to verify everything he doesn’t trust his staff. Then he rejects a corporate check from a multi million dollar corporation that’s based in Marina del Rey and can be verified in five minutes. Don’t waste your time with this ridiculous mom and pop check cashing place. All they do is send transfers to Walmart Mexico. That’s all they know how to do.

Terrible customer service, went in today & i was going to pay with card my card decline because I took it out before it process. The lady asked me “Do you have money in your account?” In a rude way infront of EVERYONE of course I have money that’s why I was their if I didn’t I wouldn’t been there.

The ladies that work there are very nice.They even peal the stamp off from the smooth back because I have really short nails. I don't even have to ask anymore ..they know me because I have been coming in a month for about 8 years now

Terrible experience these two Hispanic ladies just made me waste an entire day. I can in and they said that the date was off so they would only be able to deposit. I went all the way to mission viejo to get a new check written up and they said they can’t help me. Do not go here

La cajera alta de lentes de pelo chino me atendio con mucha cortesía y me dio un exelente servicio al hacer mi envio de dinero, recomiendo este lugar para sus envios de dinero Processing Center of Orange. Aunque habia una linea de jente pero que se les atendio muy rapida y un muy buen servicio.

Found this place when I got my first job and didn't know where to go to cash my check, been there since their original location before they moved next to Food4Less. They've been very understanding and helpful as far as I'm concerned, very nice people. 100% Recommend going through if you don't have direct deposit or a bank account.

Very bad customer service. My mom went in for some help on 2/25/2021 and the lady that was there was very rude to her. No sense of customer service not returning to this place anymore. We've sent money to Mexico From there and they always make you send it how they want to send it they never acknowledge how you want to send it.

Last month, I went in to pay my annual rent for my mailbox, and they gave me a receipt. However, I remember they charged $45/year for a small mailbox, and I got charged $55. I asked if the rates had gone up, they said no. Last year, when I paid my annual rent, they didn't give me a receipt, and they eventually had to go by their security cameras to confirm I had paid. Today I went in to get my mail, and found a note saying my box had expired on April 19th. That was over a month ago. I had paid and gotten a receipt, I just didn't have it on me. They had told me my box rent had expired a couple weeks before, and they looked, and found the record of my payment. But this person was different. I told her to look, she said they did, and I wasn't in their book. Okay, I'm going to go home and find my receipt and show it to them. Maybe I'd better make a copy of it first. I don't know what's going on, but it seems that since I'm Anglo and they are all Latino, I'm beginning to suspect they don't want white business anymore. The first year I forgot for a month after the due date to pay, they admitted they had forgotten too, but I did pay. I've been their customer for three years, this is no way to treat a customer. They are hopelessly disorganized.
