Does what it needs to do. Rinse off the dirt. Soap is a hit or miss I noticed and the tire cleaner/engine bay cleaner never really works for me. Still does do perfect on the rinse offs

Driving up, they never informed me of the wait. The attendant was nice enough, and I chose the 29.99 wash. Which is on the higher end, but I figured I needed it. Walking around the corner, to pay, I couldn't see where my car was in the queue of 3 lanes. Waiting 45 minutes after paying, which is a long wait considering the line I parked in wasn't long (I was second next to get vacuumed out). I approached my car, and it was turned off. So I started it to to leave and my air conditioner was not blowing hardly at all. I turned my car around and asked them why that would be. The air was working fine on arrival. The manager was short with me, stating that he doesn't know and "maybe wait until tomorrow and try again". I told him if I needed to take it to a mechanic, I'll bring them the bill. He stated they "Do 100 cars a day and this never happens" and they aren't responsible for anything that happens. Which, fine. But to throw up your hands like that at something they couldn't refute was just terrible. I parked in a parking lot down the way, and my boyfriend pulled the cabin air filter and it was SOAKED. See pics. A simple google search determined that they had my car on running (with AC on) through the wash, and a bunch of water got into the intake and bogged the cabin air filter with water. It was stained, and if it had sat in its holder, it would have dried, but I'm not interested in breathing in moldy air. It probably would have worked "if I had waited until tomorrow and tried again" and I think the manager knew that and didn't want to admit that they had clogged my filter with water. A trip to Autozone and a 20.00 new filter later, my car is fine. But I will never be bringing my car here again.

They are honest and do a great job every time , today there was a plastic cover under my car hanging and they wanted to make sure i was aware of it and that I was still ok with continuing the wash. They tucked it away for me and made it work. Happy they caught it cos I didn't.

Love this place for a few reasons- they always finish within a reasonable amount of time without the job looking rushed, their bathrooms are clean, and their waiting area is comfortable and clean. Customer service is always friendly and their loyalty program gets you a free car wash eventually. Great place.

My 2014 Toyota Forerunner needed a lot of detail and wax. I have never had it done in since I've purchased the car. I was thrilled by their answers to all the questions I had. The detail team and man behind the counter were exceptional!

I brought my car to this car wash that was loaned to me by a friend. I wanted to get the pet hair off my carpets, so I recorded to get a full detail done. Normally this was $200, but the gentleman said he'd give me a discount, and brought it done to $170. If I'd known this would influence the quality of the clean, I would have refused the offer. Once I picked up my car I noticed that the tires were still dirty, and there were parts of the car that weren't even attempted to be cleaned. This includes the exterior of the car. There were patches of dirt that came off when I wiped them down. I must say the carpet is clean, but this doesn't excuse the other parts of the car. When I attempted to get the gentleman to finish the job, he simply said, "this is the best we can do!" How could you say this at such a poor job! I just can't understand it. THE CAR IS NOT CLEAN! Don't come here. It would make more sense to go through a drive through for a 17th of the cost.

Horrible job! So disappointing I just happened to stumble upon this place ! Boy was it an accident after I left and got home o emptied my trunk and noticed my back bumper to my brand new Range Rover scratched and scraped I immediately called them left message nxt day went there to tell owner , he denied it and didn't take responsibility when he wasn't even there to see what happen , not good customer service , then the next day I came out to my car and noticed my windshield wiper was broken again brand new car so when they put through machines must have broke it I noticed the guy fumbling with my windshield wiper but I thought he was just lifting to wipe water underneath, no he was hiding that it was broke ! So upset never ever had this happen anywhere else! I would try Tustin car wash they are much more careful and better ! This car wash doesn't care about customers and just poor job all around! To the owner I never saw anyone take my stroller out I never said that read my review ! I told you he must have removed stroller that's how my bumper got scraped! You said you looked at camera footage there is no camera facing the street that is the only way you would be able to see the back of my car or if he removed because my trunk was facing street there is no camera there so you are a liar ! Try and take responsibility for your work
