The worst experience, when they delivered it to me after the collision repair it did not have antifreeze so I returned to have it refilled since they had changed several parts including the radiator. After I left my car started leaking antifreeze, so I took it back and only wasted time in more trips to the shop, they didn't give me a delivery date for my car and that was what bothered me the most, they also didn't know how to give me updates on my car Finally, after more than 2 weeks, they called me saying that my car was ready but that I couldn't pick it up and that someone else had to go pick it up. That's what I did because I already needed my car. Now I don't know if I have a guarantee on the repairs because they don't want me to set foot in the shop again. Only because I was insisting that I needed the car ASAP and they got mad about it. They have very bad customer service and are not professional at all. I don't recommend this place at all.

Worst service I've ever experienced with this company, very unprofessional and the work is they did was disgusting. The paint was chipping on new paint, the decals were peeling of 2 weeks later, they missed a emblem on my vehicle, they had over spray everywhere. Not only that my truck has a tool box and that was broken into and I had about $3,000 worth of tools stolen from Sanger Auto body! They refused to be held accountable! DO NOT GO TO THEIR AUTO BODY SHOP!!!Service: Painting

I had my car repaired here last year and they did a great job getting it fixed as soon as they could. I brought in my car today because I had a long scratch across my car. One of their technicians fixed it right away no problem! Thank you Sanger Auto Body!

Wow! What an awesome experience with this body shop! Everything was amazing from beginning to end. From the moment I was greeted from Darin, the communication, the way the car was clean when I picked it up. I am very happy with the experience I had with them and will be going back for my future auto body needs.

I felt very uncomfortable there with all the guys they wouldn’t stop staring at me and i would hear them make inappropriate jokes definitely don’t recommend coming here if that’s the type of environment they have. I came out with more scratches on my car than what I went in with I recommend somewhere else if you want a decent job done.

Excellent service! I took in my SUV to remove paint scratch from a metal gate. Tim helped me out and did a fantastic job on my vehicle. One of the worst shops ever! Very unprofessional from the receptionist lady to the man who owns this place they do not care for there customers!! I've never encounter something like this in my life! Would not recommend this place to nobody.. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR ITEMS!! This place so called " LOYAL WORKERS" definitely steal. Do not Want this to happen to anybody else! Workers here stole 1,000 worth of items that were very valuable now not replaceable??? BCUS THE MAN THAT OWNS THE PLACE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS VERY SELFISH OF HIS WORKERS
