Jesus the Manager is rude, disrespectful and ignorant. Dont shop here. My father in law walked in to purchase parts and as soon as he walked in he told my in law in a strong tone your not getting warrenty. My in law paid for the part and walked out.

the Sanger location is a joke. The deadbeat manager Jesus loves to argue with customers. My husband and my father in law have gone in on different occasions to warrenty parts out and the manager always claims they never purchased the parts even though they have a rewards account. im sure they delete the purchases to not have to warrenty things out. i have to make sure to make a copy of all reciepts because jesus is a jerk. Just today my in law walked in to PURCHASE break shoes and as soon as he walked in Jesus basically told him we arent gonna warrenty out anything for you so dont even bother. JESUS needs to be fired!

OK so three years ago I bought a catalytic converter from the Sanger O'Reillys in two years it went out I had a five year warranty. I went and got a replacement even though it cost me $200 to have it put in I said oh well got to get it done, so that one went out and yesterday I went to get a replacement since I have a five year warranty well lo and behold they didn't even have my purchase on their computer and said the only way I can get my warranty is if I have the receipt I responded well receipts don't last that long they fade out. What the hell what do you mean you don't even have my first purchase on your computer and the manager Jesus ask is if it's normal said well I don't have you in my computer so I can't give you the warranty now I'm pretty pissed because my truck is up in the air at a muffler shop and I'm coming with the original to get my replacement well not the original, but the second replacement, so how could I have gotten the second replacement without a warranty so now I am on the spot I leave I come back get it because I don't want to leave the muffler shop hanging so now it's all about corporate. I'm going to get together with corporate office for O'Reilly's and figure out what's going on only certain people have access to computers the people in charge managers or corporate so we'll find out what goes on.

I'm usually an AutoZone buyer but sometimes AutoZone doesn't always have the product that you're looking for in stock they would have to order it so I tried O'Reilly's one time and they had the part there the same day and it was about 20 bucks cheaper then the other store. But in some cases O'Reilly doesn't have the product you're looking for and the other store does so it's like an either or type of thing. But O'Reilly's is awesome place too very friendly people

I'm very helpful staff and they were able to test my battery and alternator. Luckily I figured out the solution and they recommended something that would definitely benefit me and my car.Great location and it's fairly close to the outlets of town.

Ordered my parts I was told to come in on Monday, part was not there. Told me to comeback Tuesday still not there, they said it might get there on Wednesday i showed up Thursday, the parts still not there. My customer is thinking not too highly of me at this point. Your manager tells me my part was sent back because it was damaged freight also tells me someone didn't reorder my part, then your store manager asked me why I didn't order a new part vs a rebuild, now I'm starting to feel that the delay in parts delivery is my fault. Is this what you call customer service!? I don't like people trying to gaslight me, that's rude and unacceptable behavior I feel like I'm being clowned on by your store manager and his peanut gallery entourage. Somebody needs to clean house at your sanger store. P.S. autozone is exactly the same, you don't deserve the star I gave you, man do I feel better now. Thanks for the experience. The part and question was a Master Cylinder.

While we were camping nearby, our RV trailer batteries went out. We called O'Reilly's to buy new ones. They did not have what we needed in stock, so Jesus ordered them for us to be picked up the next day. Then the O'Reilly's delivery truck broke down so the batteries would not be there until the following day, but we could not wait that long. Jesus arranged for us to pay for the batteries at this location, and pick them up at the previous stop in Fresno. Although the whole ordeal was very inconvenient for us, Jesus was very friendly, understanding, helpful, and accommodating. Thanks Jesus!
