“My all time favorite store! It's clean, well-stocked, staff are always busy working, staff make eye contact, speak Spanish and always ask if they can't help you find something. Staff have helped me by getting me a shopping cart when I unexpectedly needed one. He just saw me walking with my hands full and offered to help! I once dropped a 24 pack of soda and busted right at my feet after checkout and the staff came to help me right away and the manager approved me to return it and get another one without charging me! I have also used the grocery pick-up service and it's wonderful! Staff greet you with a smile and give coupons. Pick-up service is quick, convenient and easy!!”

“I stumbled across this amazing business at Apple Hill (High Ranch) with my nieces and nephews recently. The kids ADORED this place and the customer service was unbelievable! They really went above and beyond to take care of their customers! I gave my 4 year old nephew a dollar to learn about money and see what he liked at different vendors, the woman there was kind enough to give him a fairy piece so he could enjoy the kids planting station experience with his big sister! Customers do NOT forget such gestures and I will make sure to support your business and keep coming back! This is a great place to shop for your home or a gift! Kids really enjoy it as well! My niece loves her elephant planter and enjoyed putting it together! Stop by this place--you won't regret it!”

“this is a really great local business. It has a huge selection of every category of plant a homeowner or landscaper could want. In addition to that they have unusual plants for the seasoned gardener. The plants are healthy and well taken care of. The staff are personable, and friendly. I highly recommend this nursery. It is one of the nicer ones I've been to.”

“I stopped by to see what’s happening with the upcoming re-opening. The Nursery is looking great! Bob Watson said that they are getting close and will be ready for the May 1st opening. I was ready to buy today but have to come back on the 1st of May for the big opening.”

“This is actually a magical place. The staff go above and beyond in terms of giving helpful information, steering you to what might fit your needs, and just general connection and friendliness. It's a fun environment with lots of colorful unique touches. And I don't see other reviews that mention this, but there are gardener cats all about, looking gorgeous as they nap behind plants or on the counter. I would come here if I DIDN'T need plants, just to have a happy moment. But luckily there is no such thing as not needing plants, so I have lots of excuses to return. Worth traveling for. I was in the area for other reasons, and live very far away, but now that I know what it is like there I won't let the distance stop me.”
