Very helpful staff. We needed a new hydraulic hose and they made a new one for us. A little expensive, but it's nice to have a shop that can do press fitted hoses. Lots of items to choose from too.

Worse than terrible. I understand if you're busy and you make a mistake these guys sitting around not doing anything and ordered me the wrong part twice. Then instead of refund back on my card I get a bunch of bills. Don't waste your time here

I went in to Napa in Sanger this morning to buy four vehicle valve caps. I went up to desk and asked where to find them, the employee motioned to the end of an aisle (both employees were busy with customers, so I went to look for it myself). The customers left, I advised I couldn't find it, he motioned to another aisle, neither one came to help, I left. Terrible customer service.

Called looking for a thermostat for my Chevy cruiz. They had the part. But way to expensive. I bought the part online for half the cost at Napa Auto Parts.

I had gone to autozone to get a oil pan bolt for my truck and they didnt have one in stock so i came to napa auto sales to get a oil pan bolt and they had it i was in and out the store under 5 minutes.
