“We went at the peak of BTS season and many sizes were picked over in tees for Boys size 10. There was a nice salesperson who told me that if the size was available on their site they would ship it to me for free. We found a couple of tees to take home that day so my son was happy but the one he wanted - they also didn't have on their site either so that perk didn't work out. However, we did find a Jansport backpack that was not in stock at the location but was available online to ship to us so it sounds like it will arrive in time for the first day of school.”

“This is my go to Kohl's. The only problem I have is the dude in the back doing Amazon returns, I believe his name is Gilbert. He's very rude, to myself and other people that I've seen. They probably have him back there because of that reason and not on the actual floor. I'm sure I'm not the only complaint about him. But the store in a whole is a good one.”
“I’ve shopped at Rue21 Selma location for years now and I love coming here for my 3 boys & daughter. I came into the store around April and one employee stood out to me, his name was Isaiah. He greeted my family as we walked in and made all of us feel comfortable. This is the first time an employee has went out of their way above and beyond, usually the employees just greet us and go along their day. We had came shopping for back-to-school clothes and Isaiah took care of all of my kids…. from fragrance, to pants, & hand sanitizers. This is my first time seeing this employee in store and he (Isaiah) is wonderful. I can’t wait to come back again!!”
“Went to Old Navy last night to get some clothes and some dresses for my youngest and my wife and I grabbed a couple things as well. Very clean store very organized and most importantly great customer service the young lady that helped us out in the front checking out our items went above and beyond and was very helpful. “Tried looking forever for boots for my wife and after all these other locations and time spent, Selma helped us so much. Not even mentioning they helped me with my first Cody James hat. They are awesome help! We always start with the closest store and end up saying Selma is better, LETS GO!”
“Ordering online through 511 is awful, horrible customer service. Thankfully, they have a store close in clovis. Their clothing fits, good quality and functional. The staff here is always helpful. They even helped my picky teen find a pair of pants that he will wear instead of sweatpants. The clothing is on the pricier side for basic styles, but when the clothing is good quality and and lasts, it is worth it.”
