“I’ve shopped at Rue21 Selma location for years now and I love coming here for my 3 boys & daughter. I came into the store around April and one employee stood out to me, his name was Isaiah. He greeted my family as we walked in and made all of us feel comfortable. This is the first time an employee has went out of their way above and beyond, usually the employees just greet us and go along their day. We had came shopping for back-to-school clothes and Isaiah took care of all of my kids…. from fragrance, to pants, & hand sanitizers. This is my first time seeing this employee in store and he (Isaiah) is wonderful. I can’t wait to come back again!!”

“I really like Kohls and the employees do the best they can . But all the homeless that come in and steal is very unnerving and feels unsafe . Not a nice environment when worrried about possible violence occurring”
“Ordering online through 511 is awful, horrible customer service. Thankfully, they have a store close in clovis. Their clothing fits, good quality and functional. The staff here is always helpful. They even helped my picky teen find a pair of pants that he will wear instead of sweatpants. The clothing is on the pricier side for basic styles, but when the clothing is good quality and and lasts, it is worth it.”

“We went at the peak of BTS season and many sizes were picked over in tees for Boys size 10. There was a nice salesperson who told me that if the size was available on their site they would ship it to me for free. We found a couple of tees to take home that day so my son was happy but the one he wanted - they also didn't have on their site either so that perk didn't work out. However, we did find a Jansport backpack that was not in stock at the location but was available online to ship to us so it sounds like it will arrive in time for the first day of school.”
