Wow! These guys are FANTASTIC. I got home from being gone all weekend & we had no water. No toilet, no shower nuthin. We used the pool water to flush the toilet that Sunday night. I called that Sunday night & left a message. About 7am I got a call from Twila & she had a pump guy here by 8:30am that very morning. They replaced a valve & something & within an hour, my wife had water. Sooo appreciative of them... Thanks team. Bob Jungman Fresno county.

Friday -10/27/23 6:30 am... Water pressure is not up to par. Went to the kitchen turned on faucet... no bueno! Out to the pump house to bang on the tank... oh no... it's empty. Up to the storge tank .... seriously?? You've got to be kidding me! Party is tomorrow night...not to mention tonight's shower! Oye!!Called A&S at 6:46 am and had a technician dispatched, who arrived at 8:00 am (ish). Adam , our technician was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and got right to the task at hand. He made sure to explain everything and was so gracious when asked him to explain it all over to my brother, who came to support me. lol. Thank You Adam, and Thank you A & S for a most wonderful experience! I will most definitely refer you to my friends and neighbors!

Living up in the eastern Fresno county foothills, there is often a wait for any service. When I needed immediate help, the receptionist was able to review my pump and helped me identify the problem without having to wait for service. Really professional and more concerned with helping me than making a few dollars. That type of commitment to community isn't seen anymore, absolutely my future go to if I need any pump services.

I called this company after my home insurance sent a different company out to check our well pump. The other company found the solution of not having water to our house by rewiring it (I asked what to do when the water level rose and he said they would have to come out and rewire it back to the correct way). They climbed up on the well and looked at the floats. When closing up the control box he decided to use "a stick" they found on the ground to hold the front cover on the pump box because they dropped the wire that was holding it. Their final answer to our entire problem was that we just need to drill a new wellA & S was called because I didn't feel the other company was really thorough or had an answer to our problem. First thing he noticed was that the switch that brings water into the well was off . Adam (A&S) checked everything on our well and pump. He changed out a cracked float that he found (that the other company missed), lowered the float as it was pretty high on our tank so water would come to the house, and also checked the flow of the water from the well to the tank. He said it ran so long (longer than 5 minutes) that the water in the well is fine. He used a screw to replace the "stick" And mentioned that the way it was wired would eventually burn up the booster pump.A & S is so thorough when coming out to your home for any pump issues. I am skipping the insurance company and calling A & S first (even if it will cost a little more). So worth it!!!

In the nearly 20 years that I have used A and S Pump, I have found them to be honest and incredibly responsive to my various pump needs. From numerous residential pumps to larger Ag pumps, they have always come through for our needs. They understand the urgency a loss of water creates, be it fora home, crop or animal they show up when you need them most.

Called first thing in the morning. They had a service crew at my house by 1 pm. If there would not have been a tree in the way would have had water same day.

I called A & S Pump when our residential pump went out this morning, on what was predicted to be a 110+ degree day, on a Saturday, no less. I left a voice mail and received a return call shortly after. A technician was on the way.
A control box and sniffer valve were quickly and expertly replaced - thank you, thank you, thank you!

About 5 yrs ago A&s put in a new pump. Fine work. Good quality throughout. Yesterday woke up to no water. Called them and in abt 30 minutes their tech arrived. 1 1/2 hours later he left. FIXED ANE THE WATER Flowed!! Zak explained what he was doing a then provided a clear invoice. Had the needed parts in his truck and was friendly and an excellent comunicator. The. woman that answered the phone was pleasant as well as the gentleman she transferred me to.I recommend A& S for your well service. 199 percent satisfaction!!

I could not have asked for a more prompt response to replacing my 20+ year old galvanized system when it began to fail. From ownership to Jules in the office, to Jack Atwell and Zack for their boots on my dirt, their professional and personable service during my need for well experts, has left me knowing who to call upon for service.from this day forward. Jack with A&S just left my home and repaired a problem with the float on my water storage tank. He and Twila were very helpful through this whole process and I highly recommend them for your pump needs. Thank you A&S!

Worst customer service I have been provided with in years. Seems it is a privilege to be one of there customers. If I could give them negative stars it would be -10. Twila has the most horrible attitude and in grave need of some customer service lessons for sure. Watch out for there pricing, they will screw you especially on time and travel.

Twila from A&S heard the desperation in my voice regarding my " no water " situation " and promised me help as soon as possible. But it was a Monday and she was short staffed and booked up. At 4:30 after an already full day, Zack, my hero came to my rescue. He checked my system and with parts and 2 1/2 hours of labor, I had water again for myself and all my critters. He was thorough, efficient, and incredibly nice while I watched him and questioned him the whole time. Bless his heart. I highly recommend them. I have used them for many years because of there quality of service.
