I had a great experience recently at the Sand City Xfinity store when I needed to modify my subscription. I waited less than five minutes when Herbie became available to help. He quickly provided me exactly what I needed, which was not what I had experienced with a Xfinity competitor in the past. Herbie was very helpful, and I appreciate his assistance. An easy 5 stars - or 10 stars on the Xfinity scale.

After waiting an hour, I was told the service to fix my phone to receive simple text messages was down all over the US (yeah right). After several hours I went to the Salinas Xfinity and they had excellent customer service. I was in there 25 minutes tops and was able to have our phones serviced. Never will I step into seaside Xfinity your customer service sucks at a 0......

Staff set me up with an affordable plan initially. When I set up the equipment it didn’t work. I scheduled a technician online. They didn’t show up. I schedule another technician. They tell me the technician will arrive later than our scheduled 2 hour window. When they arrive they tell me they can’t fix it. I schedule another technician over the phone, they don’t show up. I schedule a 4th technician and again they say they will be later than the two hour appointment.While using their online service an online agent told me they could save me $20 so I agreed. I went in to the store and the in store agent told me that the new plan is actually going to charge me $20 and that the online agent “SCAMMED” me so I had to reverse my plan in order to get my original deal.The in store agent told me my monthly charge would be $50 but then they charged me $89.Don’t believe anything this company says they have lied to me 5 times in a row and they will lie to you every single time.

Everyone greets you when you enter and they were quick to help. Herby helped out my grandma and I and was a huge help. He went above and beyond. Answered our questions and didn't rush us, even though we had a lot of questions and a complicated transfer of services.I'm very happy this place is near my grandma to help her.

I went in to schedule a service shut off for the 26th and my internet shut off on the 6th. Had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service at 9pm to get it back up and running.

the staff at the Sand City xfinity location are rude, unprofessional, refuse to provide service, lie to at least on customer (me), and act as if the xfinity office is their family plantation. GO there at your own risk with a secret camera and voice recorder.

Amazing staff and service, customer service over the phone suck, but reps in store are very friendly and willing to help, unless it something they honestly can't help with and that is totally understandable! It's sad whenever I come to the store I see how customer disrespect and blame these poor employees for not being able to afford their own bills. Don't take your anger out on them, you knew what you were signing up for. If you don't like the price, go somewhere else and be happy.

1. I am currently using Xfinity service, went to the Xfinity store (this store) to extend my wifi, and he said he would send me the new modem and the extension pod, I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks. Call Xfinity, the rep said it's false info, they don't send out extension pods, just the modem only. Ok, understood. Don't you think you need to train your employees? 2. Trying to schedule an installation and set up. Xfinity tried to charge me $100, and I said no, they lowered it to $70, I said no, I had never been charged for an installation fee before, so they finally scheduled me without charging but it took 2-3 hours to resolve this ridiculous charge. It's inflation I understand, but do you want to lose a customer? it's inflation again! 3. A guy came down to my house and refused to drill in the specific area I preferred him to do. He is not on time, he is lazy and during working he is making complaining noise, sound like if this work is too hard for you, you should quit bro. He didn't clean up the dust, he put the cover not straight, the outlet there out of nowhere. wth?! 4. Xfinity did not respect their customers...

BEWARE OF THE IN-STORE AGENTS, THEY LIKE TO SCAM FOR COMMISSION. Called and talked to an agent over the phone to transfer over to their Xfinity mobile because it was WAY cheaper than my current one with ATT and Xfinity is using Verizon's network. The Xfinity agent over the phone from their corporate line was super nice and awesome in helping me with the switch, answering any questions I had, and getting me the best deals. I received the sim cards from Xfinity and decided to go into the Xfinity store in Sand City for the installation and switchover. The agent inside the store told us the numbers for each sim were not set up correctly for each person. Then he told us it was an easy fix. The next day we find out he adds completely NEW lines for each of us. Even at the store, he messed up setting up the right numbers for each person, putting the wrong numbers for each person. Which he told us what happened the first time (which wasn't the case). He did this so he can get the commission but screwed us over because when I rechecked the order the first person I purchased the wireless plan from over the phone had everything right. He also didn't even bother to cancel the first order so we were about to be charged double. I had to call Xfinity to let them know what was going on so they could fix it. Beware of the agents inside this store, while we were there I guess another female agent upsold faster home internet speed to another guest when he was just there for help with his modem. He was furious as well and demanded a refund and management but it seemed like they kinda just blew him off. I would avoid this store at all costs and try to do things yourself or just call Xfinity directly if possible.

Incredibly rude, confrontational staff that made my wife and I come back twice before they finally tried to lazily deal with the problem. Wasted 5 hours in a day for what should have been a 30 minute issue. If you MUST get Comcast, avoid this location at all costs.

Save the trip here and just punch yourself in the face. Same result but without the drive. The staff can't help you they only exist to tell you that in person. Perhaps there are some things they can do here but I have yet to find one.

Xfinity had been The worst investment I've ever made in my life. misleading information always overcharging every single month. Please cricket is better over this but I have T-Mobile which is better..
