I am SO grateful to Patti for her amazing work! I got the elopement package, which includes a bouquet, flower crown, and boutonnière. My Big Sur elopement was super last minute, and an email snafu occurred just before the big day. Despite all that, Patti was able to whip up the most beautiful arrangements in record time! I had sent over a picture from Pinterest and asked for the color red, and just based on that, she was able to create a masterpiece. If anyone is having a wedding in the Central Coast, I absolutely recommend Willow & Plum for their florals, especially for elopements and micro weddings!Photos by Adventure Instead

Patti and Erica were an absolute pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, due to COVID and having to cancel/ reschedule our wedding three times we were not able to use them for our wedding. (We eloped instead) They were so professional, creative, and attentive throughout the entire, painful process. They curated our vision perfectly and helped us create an ideal aesthetic for our big day. They truly could not have been any more caring, understanding, or thoughtful during this whole process. Patti reached out multiple times throughout the varies setbacks just to check in and see how I was doing. I was truly touched by her empathy and care. She also generously refunded us all our deposits voluntarily. This was such an amazing gesture and so much appreciated because all our other vendors were horrible in this sense and didn't offer us a penny back. I am so sad we didn't get to bring our vision to life but to anyone getting married in the Carmel, Monterey, Big Sur area I would highly recommend Willow & Plum!!!!

Patti was an absolute dream to work with! I contacted Patti regarding creating a bouquet for our elopement in Big Sur. Patti was friendly, sweet, and easy to talk to. She kept in contact with me throughout the year and was willing to work with me if our plans changed due to COVID-19, which I appreciated.I had a few vague ideas in mind as far as what I wanted my bouquet to look like, but I trusted Patti and her expertise to bring my vision to life. I sent a few pins from Pinterest to Patti, and she far exceeded my expectations and vision. My bouquet was STUNNING. She captured the colors I had mentioned, added elements to reflect the fall season, and provided us with extra stems to decorate our cake. First let me tell you years ago I used to work at a flower shop so I know flowers! I LOVE flowers and am pretty particular.Patti is a DREAM!!!! I sent her photos of things I liked...the feeling I wanted my flowers to give...I wanted a cascade, not too big or overpowering, like wildflowers. I showed her tables I liked etc.I never asked for specific flowers but more of a feel...I was afraif I hadn't been specific enough!But let me tell you...SHE JUST WENT BEYOND ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!! We got married in Big Sur last weekend and I couldn't wait to sit down and write a review to say her flowers were MAGIC! Seriously my husband and I were just floored by how perfect it all was.She was EXTREMELY reasonable in price! When I told her what I could afford she worked with me to get my vision to fit into our budget. Even when I came up with a late idea to have a ritual with 4 roses she said no problem! She even came up with special things to do like a dream catcher (she actually made TWO!) and she made extra terrariums for the table and surprised us with candle holder in crystals!!!! I don't have photos of the tables yet but again they were magical! And the mandala for the ceremony was gorgeous! Sorry I am gushing but I cannot help myself!I would HIGHLY recommend her and everyone working with her!!!!If you like my photos...you will LOOOOOVE her!!!!!THANK YOU PATTI AND EVERYONE AT WILLOW AND PLUM FOR MAKING MY DREAMS REALITY

Patti and Erica are incredible at what they do. The designed my bridal bouquet and all the flowers for my bridal party. I truly loved the design they came up with because it really brought to life my personality and the whole theme of my wedding which was adventure. The flowers were beautiful! Patti and Erica hand delivered the flowers the morning of my wedding and it was such a nice touch. I would highly recommend using them for your big day or really any time you might need flowers for a special occasion.

Patti is AMAZING. Please ignore review below, as an indecisive bride who leaned on Patti for almost everything in the decision making process, I can tell you that nothing what she said is true. Patti turned our cute space into something phenomenal. Every step of the way, she was so responsive and sweet with everything we needed. Call/email her once and you will see how awesome she is. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how awesome our flowers were!

When thinking about planning a wedding I envision positivity and happiness. When I spoke with Patti on the phone it was entirely opposite of that and nothing like the reviews I’m reading. I am fairly early on in my planning process and have an idea of things I would like, colors, etc. but do not have the EXACT things down to the T yet as I am 9 months out. Patti decided since I didn’t have everything to a T that she wasn’t ready to move forward with me and kept trying to make it sound like I couldn’t afford a lot of what I was trying to do anyways. Trust me, I can. I went ahead then, made a detailed picture board for her with a paragraph description of what I would like. I love simple. I don’t like things over the top. I have been that way my whole life and would like MY wedding to reflect me and not the vendors I hire. I then receive an email from Patti saying we wouldn’t be a good fit as she charges extras on weekend and holidays, etc etc etc.Never once did I mention a price! And if you’re in the wedding business you are hired to portray what your customer wants, its not your wedding!! I was astonished and will be informing Mission ranch of this as the only reason we contacted was cause of their preferred vendor list.

These folks are so nice an accommodating. We were looking for flowers to place on my wife’s grandmothers urn. We didn’t see they were by appointment only, but they still were willing to give us a few flowers. The shop smelled great. Would recommend for anyone looking for a wedding florist based on the aroma alone.
