This location is extremely understaffed and uncoordinated. The website seems to promote walk ins but the staff says that they do not do walk ins, and appointments are not available until weeks later.

Refused to fix my flat, definitely showed their incompetence in a simple repair. Manager is not solution oriented. Certainly will consider other places to purchase my new tires.

pretty poor customer service. it's unfortunate the way they speak to customer. The gentleman I spoke with refused to give me any information about when my tires would arrive and informed me it wasn't his problem the tire hadn't arrived when they originally said.

Sal is a gem. He was able to slot me in within the hour on a busy weekend. He told me to get my tires aligned at the shop down the street and my brakes fixed. My car drives much safer and smoother. I'm truly impressed by the dedication the team has to the customer. Thank you for the advice Sal!

ZERO STARAlways had a great experience with Costco Tire Center and Costco in general but this location is not professional nor kind. We found this location about 5 mins away from the road because 1 of our rear tires had a small nail punctured, new tire and nothing tear or flat. Instead of helping us, they turned away and said that they don't do anything like that here!! I was so disappoint, can you believe that a Costco tire center can't temporarily patch up a nail ?!? The manger and Jose was straight up pulling lies in front of faces even when we called in to complain! So unprofessional and disappointed.

Costco tires has lost my business. It was a hassle to make an appointment and even after I was told that my tires would be ready by the appointment (set 2 weeks ahead), I was told that the appointment was never made and that they did not have any tires for my car. I was told I needed to make a new appointment. What a waste of time! I had bought my tires from them thinking I would get good service but the tire center is a mess. I bought new tires at a local place that attended me and changed my tires on the spot. Do your self a favor and go to a local place with good reviews.

I looked around for some new tires for my Avalon for about a few days. Costco had the best price as well as reviews from other customers for the tires. I bought my car used and it came with crap Walmart tires. They were brand new when I got the car and they only lasted 12,000 before developing bulges on the sidewall. As for the service crew you can expect your run of the mill tire service crew. They are good at their jobs but they don't want to be working on a Sunday nor more than I want to be here either. No small talk, they get straight to work and get you on your way.

Stopped in for a deflating tire and they got it patched up in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Will definitely be back to see what tires deals they have.

Always the best ! They always save me time and $ I feel bad for forgetting names but the manager & all the staff are always so helpful, courteous, and hard working.

Had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center. I went into Costco for windshield wipers. The first time I went I was helped by someone who checked to make sure that I had the right measurements for my car, if they had them in stock, and the price point at that time. Then he proceeded to make sure I could find them in the Costco warehouse. I was told by many that they were good and easy to put on. I struggled to put them on and even asked a couple of friends to try. I went back and asked if anyone had the time to help me. George was there and had great customer service. He got them on without making me feel less than and was very kind. Thank you Costco Tire Center.

Take your business to America's Tire. The tire center service here is terrible, particularly the front desk (Ruben) and manager (Jose), it is not what is in line with standard Costco service. Both are incredibly condescending and rude when working with customers.Went in the first time to get my tires rotated, Ruben was rude, repeating things to me when I didn't hear it well as if I was stupid. I thought that was a fluke, everyone has bad days right? Second time around, was even worse. Came in to replace my tire, was promised that the tire rotation for all wheels were included since I purchased a new Costco tire. Ruben and the manager Jose starts arguing with me over it.After spending $300 here on a new tire, these Costco employees are arguing with me over $30 (tire rotation fee) that was originally promised to be included. Not what I expect from Costco. Take your business to America's Tire whose service is impeccable.

Ordered four tires online and they arrived within 2 weeks. Jose was great. Customer service was on point. It didn't take long for him to put them on my suv. I shopped inside while he worked on the vehicle. Will only come here for tires in the future. Thanks Jose.

been trying to make an appointment here for 2 weeks. impossible to reach anyone by phone. online booking was inconvenient and tedious. will not ever be coming here again.
