“I’ve used this particular storage a couple times and I must say it’s the best in the WHOLE county of Monterey and that’s because of the manager who manages this place. The manager here (Marie) is outstanding to say the least. She has great customer service when you have questions with top-tier professional knowledge! She’s just a all-around great individual, whenever I go to my unit she’s always friendly and down to earth, always puts a smile on my face! It’s a safe location, super clean and she’s always a little AHEAD of time to open the gate to the facility, which also is a huge plus! Definitely consider this place if you ever find yourself needing a place to store your belongings! Oh not to forget they have U-HAULS you can rent there as well!”

Very new and Easy access. The entry way is easy to enter. The signs are displayed and the ofc is Clean and professional display. They have other products you can purchase and you don't have them such as boxes and locks.”

“J&M moving has moved me 6 times since I got to the Monterey Peninsula in 1980s. They have just done it again. They are pros, cautious about making sure nothing hit the walls, wrapped and unwrapped all the nice furniture, asked where things belonged, and were so nice when we asked them to move items. They are really fantastic!”
“The storage units are well maintained overall, although units may get a bit dusty. The gentleman at the front desk is polite and helpful. So far, I am happy with the service and rates. Only inconvenience is that they close at 5pm during late fall / winter months. I wish they could close at least at 6pm year-round so I could still go after I get off work so take this in consideration. Recommended.”

“I recently came to clear out my storage unit. The office had been well managed by Daisy for years. But while I was actually there, the office never answered my phone calls, so I went there in person on August 9. As I was walking up to the office, I had a lucky chance meeting with Melissa, who works there. When I told her I would be moving out the next day, she told me that was the last day to get a refund for my unused days of August. The guy in the office had not told me! She emphasized that I had to be at the office by closing time, 4pm, with my unit cleared out. I am so grateful!”
