Cheap prices, but the cashiers need help in their customer service. Not talking, pointing to the pin pad without telling me the price or even asking if i’m paying with cash or card is very rude. Specifically the cashier Abel, at least ask how your customer is doing.

I got a huge amount of money stolen here. An elderly lady took it out from my pocket and the store just asked me to call the non emergency police department. They didn’t even compensate me for it (since it happened inside their premises) it seems like they’re blaming me for not being “careful” with my money.
On the other hand, the loss prevention officer named Jonathan was really nice and helpful. He’s the one who phoned the cops and he even insisted on giving me his own money cause he felt bad for me.
I’m thinking of filing a lawsuit against ross, as no one is manning their CCTV. This could be prevented.

Employee at dressing room is extremely unprofessional and rude. It seems like the employees here don't want to work, they make the customer feel like we are a burden. Please have your employees complete some extensive customer service training.

Very rude cashier, wanted me to tap the card before I saw the price. She told me she wanted the line to go faster when there is 30 people in line and only one cashier also telling me I was supposed to take off the hangers my self before I get to the register to speed up the line. I told her they need to have more cashiers to speed up the line instead of talking to customers like it is their problem there is a big line.

Extremely well organized with a spacious and intuitive layout! Also the prices are insanely reasonable for very high end clothing/appliances, etc. The staff needs some free cookies, coffees, and compliments though! Keep up the hard work.
