“We had some issues with data transfer that became complicated. We made 2 separate appointments to accomplish the transfer. The verizon staff, specifically Yancy and Jaqueline, were so knowledgeable and patient with all the issues we had. Even when the store was closing they took an extra couple minutes out of their time to help us. I cannot recommend this store high enough based on our customer service experience.”

He quickly provided me exactly what I needed, which was not what I had experienced with a Xfinity competitor in the past. Herbie was very helpful, and I appreciate his assistance.
