Popped in to check out their wares during West End Celebration. Was pleased to find they sold Castel Vetrano olives. Got home and tasted - not happy. So much salt! Totally wrecked the buttery flavor of this unique olive. Will stick to buying them solely at the Cheese Shop in Carmel.

Gil's gourmet is extraordinary and their employees are incredibly helpful!! Absolutely love their olives, tapenade, flavored olive oil's and especially their bloody Mary mix!!

The Olive's are tasty I especially Love the Lemon stuffed Olives. The Olive Oils come in all different flavors such as Lemon, Garlic, California. The Vingers are just as flavorful like Fig, Balsamic, Basil, Red Pepper just to name a few.

All their candies come from Marich chocolates , the oils are just sloppily mixed together without proper measurements , the owner is a very wishy-washy person in general to do any type of business with. Don't waste your time or money on Gil's!
