“I had screwed up my laptop by dropping a bit of water on it and it had just entire stopped working, or so I thought. I tried diagnosing the problem myself, and there wasn't any burnt smell, so I brought it in and Josh was able to test it and figure out it was just the keyboard shorting that had been the issue. He managed to find a replacement, fixed it up, and it works perfectly fine now. It was, thankfully, a small issue, but I still really appreciated how much care he put into figuring out the problem and returning my laptop good as new. Would definitely recommend this place if you've got a problem you can't quite seem to solve yourself!

“We have used this place in the past for cracked screens. The service has always been good. I don’t know the name of the very nice young man who helped me today, but he cleaned my iphone for me, free of charge! (What’s free these days? Nothing in the Apple Store!) I thought I might have to get a new phone, but the charging port just needed cleaning. Very pleasantly surprised!”
