Dropped my phone and shattered the screen. 3 years worth of photos and all my apps and contacts suddenly gone. I didn't know what to do, and I am not very tech-savvy. So I went to CPR. In about an hour, my phone was restored. I can't say how relieved I am. Price was very reasonable. Thank you, CPR!

Cell phones likely their specialty but DEFINITELY NOT PS5’s as advertised. After picking up the console and still not working took it to another location for a 2nd opinion. The technician there told me the unit was not put back together correctly. That would explain the noise of metal moving around when handling it. $30 and waste of time and gas for NOTHING. DO NOT take your console there.

Zaid is awesome, we were in the area to do errands and we thought we would drop by to see if they could help us with our family Ipad issue. The tip of the charger was broken inside the port. We werent expecting it was fixable or affordable, but Zaid gave us reassurance. He helped us same day, 45 min later he had it fixed and charging again. Great guy, amazing customer service, we were thrilled at how fast it was and affordable. Will go back for sure for future electronic issues.

I took my phone in because the screen stopped working. Samer was able to restore its use and explain the problem so that if it happens again I can take care of it myself. He was very generous with his time and explained all of my options. Would highly recommend.

Very bad experience, I do not recommend them, they deceive you by telling you that the products have a guarantee and it is not, that's how they told me they did not want to exchange it or return my money, they are of poor quality. ?????

CPR will be my "go to broken phone Dr" from here on out. It was super easy to make an appointment. They respond quickly to inquiries. They quoted it would take an hour to fix my phone but did so in half the time. Their services are reasonably priced. Super happy with this business!
