Alphonso n his co-mechanic were great in repairing my 2006 Land Rover with multiple mechanical issues including transmission leak, rear brakes n non-functional sensors.
It’s been over a week since I picked it up ,it’s running great!!!
If one is patient with repairs, Automotive Specialist in Sand City is place to take your vehicle.
Costs were competitive n fair.
Alphonso has over 25 years,as I consider ,a master mechanic .

Very poor experience here. They did a poor job repairing my car and the owner became very unreasonable with me. I don't want to go into specifics but I definitely will not be coming back. While I was waiting for my car another customer came in, furious, and was yelling at the owner. AVOID.

Yes we were having problems with our 2005 Ford F-350 we brought it into the specialist and they helped us right away that day took the truck in put a diagnosis on it fixed it and was out that evening we were satisfied and appreciate that they're there we'd recommend them did anybody in need the guy knows what he's doing and it's a family-run business which means a lot to people like us

This shop damaged my vehicle while de-installing a interlock device. Cost me several hundred dollars at dealership to fix their damage after owner refused to correct their mistake. This may be an isolated event but just know that if they screw up. They will not stand by their work.

The dealership had to correct some faulty work done at this shop setting me back several hundreds of dollars. Owner made no attempt to resolve matter.

I've lived on this coast my whole life. Best experience with a car garage ever. I have a VW and it was an even better experience than I have had with the actual VW garage. Highly recommend! Timely as well! My car was gone for a week tops.

I went to the auto specialists in seaside ca. He got my car done fast, and made sure everything was working. He also offer a ride back if you do not have one . He was reasonably priced. He did not b.s. around like other car places been too. He kept it real. Very friendly staff.

Been on the search for a new repair shop and was recommend by a good friend as he sends all his business vans there. I was very happy with my experience. All new brakes and rotor work and Transmission preventive work along with hitch install. Nina and Alfonzo were great, Alfonzo explained everything and even kept the old brake pads so I could see the wear. Price was competitive to other shops but could tell this shop did not have high turn over and tenured experience, very pleased with the overall customer service shown to me. Some shops do great repair work but don't have the communication/customer service skills that customers need to feel value and stay loyal to a certain repair shop so was relieved to see them do both so well. Will be referring others now as well!
