I ordered mirror glass door repair. Ross gave me fair prices based on several options, straight talk, no BS. Job was done in 9 days due to mirror order from supplier. Ross was helpful and gave valuable advice. The only thing - it was bit difficult to find this shop. Better street sign / advertising would help.

I contacted the owner of this business on June 30 to get a piece of glass for my kitchen table. I was told that he would need to get a price and would get back to me in a few days. After waiting 2 months for a response I walked up to his place of business and he was rude, unprofessional, and says he doesn't even remember our conversation! I would NEVER use him for any future glass needs... I would use someone who actually values their customers.

Russ and company did a great job replacing my old shower. True artisans all the way--they cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished. Will definitely use them again.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This man was rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. He would give no indication of timing and generally acted as though our family was inconveniencing him by trying to give him our business. We ended up going to somewhere else with our simple request of some replacement glass for a table. I would recommend staying away.

Good workmanship. Great prices!!!!!! But sometimes the store is not open during business hours, so call before you go in.

I am moving out of the country tomorrow. So yesterday (a holiday), I broke one of our bedroom windows. I was concerned about getting it replaced in such a short time period. I went in, and Russ had a replacement window build for me in less than an hour. Customer service at its finest. I have dealt with Strouse before, and they have always been exceptionally helpful and professional.

Needing a custom glass top for a dinning bar I built for my wpman-friend, I chose A Strouse & Son for their convient proximity to my home. Cindy was the peak of efficiency. The special-order top was ready in four days as promised. I picked it up, delivered and installed it at my friend's Moss Landing home. The crystal clear glass stock that Cindy had brought to our attention was drop-dead gorgeous on my maritime-rustic designed bar. The design for the dinning bar was patterned after a couch table my friend had bought at Home Goods. We thought another top in order, so back to Cindy. Again, the order was filled without delay. Those two looked so good, I decided to go glass on the bar at my place as well. I have had my bar-top a couple of weeks now and I am loving it. So much easier to clean than the natural top. A Strouse & Son is my go-to for glass. Cindy has been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Dropped off my window screen three weeks ago. Called every week it was not done. She gave me an excuse every time I called. At the end of the third week I picked it up not done. That's just crazy.

very poor customer service skills talked to a lady on the phone just to get the invoice emailed or faxed over and she was very rude on the phone will not do business with them again and others please be aware
