“I want to specifically acknowledge a female associate who helped me a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday morning, May 14th at opening. She was so pleasant and friendly and was going back-and-forth getting me different sizes. She gave me her name but I apologize, I cannot recall (female, about 5 feet tall, Latina). She must’ve pulled 10-12 pairs of jeans for me while I was in the fitting room. It seems many retail shops are lacking customer service these days but not at Levi’s. I was very impressed! Not only did I receive great service, but the store was clean & organized, and I left with two pairs of great fitting jeans. Thank you!”

“I love coming to this Banana Republic factory outlet store here in San Ysidro. They always have super cute and sophisticated clothing. They even have linen and cashmere for a great deal! I came here today and Lilianna was such a pleasure to work with! She is so sweet and helpful I wish all workers had her work ethic, it just made my time shopping that much more enjoyable. I had my 2 year old son with me and she went out of her way to look for a linen cropped top for me that I saw online, she offered to call other storelocations to see if they had it in stock. She was so patience and so kind to my son even though he was a handful. Thank you so much Lilianna for going above and beyond, your kindness is very much appreciated! “This place is regularly saturated but it is well stocked, if you have already gone to another one it is the same, it has a good atmosphere and the clothes are Regular, practically everyone speaks Spanish so you don't have to worry about anything really, very clean and good, look for parking because It's very full.”
