Went to return a cox internet box and the lady in the front did not know what to do.A guy came over to help and he told me he could not return it without the confirmation # I call cox to get one and the told me that’s not true all he had to do was scanned it and that he did not know what he was doing

Not very satisfied with some of the staff member there. It happened multiple times I go to pick up packages and I don’t receive the full packages at some point and I get charge storage fee, or she asked I need to wait for awhile or come the next day to pick it up.

Customer service wise - The staff has always been very helpful and understanding. They greet me with a smile every time which is nice compared to other UPS locally.

Best place EVER to send and receive packages, as well as print and fax! They even have a notary that I plan to use soon, Some of the kindest people I have come across, and I am not an easy customer. Recommend 1000%

I wrote a negativo review earlier but I cannot edit it. The place is much better and the employees are 100% better at their job. The one that was bad is no longer there.

Always a pleasure! I don't know what someone said about Esther "being rude" in the comments, but she is always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get us taken care expediently. I have never had a single bad experience here and recommend everyone open up a box, it's 10x better than the USPS.

The young guy from Cuba with the long Blond hair was awesome. Always smiling and very thoughough. The 2 young hispanic girls are friendly and I hate to say this but I do not have another way to say it. They are just slow.. They should in no way be left to run that business by myself. They have lost 4 packages in 2 months and although the packages say they were delivered 2 days ago they are telling me maybe they will come in today. COME IN TODAY? It was delivered 2 days ago. The owner? with the beard is a nice guy but I have seen so many people there complaining and these girls do not follow up and just stare at you with a blank look on their face, My business is gone when my time runs out and I am sure many more will be doing the same. Get someone older to help you there.

New hires are not efficient, need to be trained in order to fulfill all UPS services and not expect customers to come another day

How can you not like this UPS store? Everyone that works here is very friendly, efficient and helpful, what more could you ask for?Yes, they get slammed at times but they do a great job regardless and they're always very courteous working hard, while knowing most customers on a personal basis.It is a busy store, very close to the border and it does get a lot of traffic especially later in the afternoon & Fridays, but that's to be expected.My experiences have been nothing but great every single time, I am there at least once a week and look forward to it actually. It's a fun group of people that are very nice to me, have been responsive and helpful when I had questions, and most importantly efficient with my packages/mail.Now if I could just remember my correct PMB#, I would be helping them as well!Thanks Team UPS!-p m

Bad service avoid coming here if you don't want to have a bad time . I had high expectative because of the good rating but it disappointed me . The lady didn't even greet me I ask her to tell me about the p o box she began telling me that is 300 per year and didn't explain me the other options till I told her oh then you don't have a 6 months options and then you began explaining me that but when I told her . Her attitude was completely rude
