Very helpful. Three ladies were working at the time (one being the store mgr) and they all helped so much. My shipment was big and they were so patient and explained the process.

Ive had a pobox here for a couple years and up till now its been great. Employees are always nice and efficient. Packages sometimes take a while to be processed for it to be given to the customer after the store has received it, but aside from that staff is very friendly and always seem to be on the go.

My recent visits to the UPS Store in San Ysidro left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. The once reliable and customer-focused establishment has taken a nosedive in quality and service ever since the previous staff members left. The new employees seem to possess a lackadaisical attitude, displaying a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.Gone are the days when staff members would go above and beyond, taking the initiative to ensure customers' needs were met. Instead, the current employees appear indifferent and unwilling to exert any effort beyond the bare minimum. It's disheartening to witness such a stark contrast in work ethic and dedication.Moreover, the demeanor of the new staff is utterly unprofessional and off-putting. Their smug attitudes and apparent disdain for their responsibilities make every interaction feel like a chore. It's as if they take pleasure in inconveniencing customers rather than assisting them.For individuals like myself who rely on efficient service due to cross-border needs, this decline in quality is particularly troublesome. The limited window for package pickup coupled with the staff's lackadaisical approach only exacerbates the issue.Adding insult to injury, the recent implementation of fees for exceeding package limits or prolonged storage durations only adds insult to injury. It feels like a cash grab rather than a genuine effort to improve service.However, the pinnacle of disappointment lies with the manager, whose ineffective leadership sets the tone for the entire establishment. While I cannot recall her name, her poor management skills are unmistakable. It's evident that the root of the problem stems from the top-down.In conclusion, I sincerely hope that the UPS Store in San Ysidro reevaluates its management and staffing practices. Proper training and a change in leadership may be necessary to restore the level of service and professionalism that customers deserve. Until then, I'll be exploring alternative options for my shipping needs.

The worst service you can find, definitely look for Fedex, DHL, USpostal, because here your packages will disappear and they will only return what you paid for shipping. Edgar, Jocelyn and Araceli just mess around and no one is responsible for returning my packages that I paid for delivery the next day to Miami....you call them on the phone and they just put you on hold, for hours. I just want my packages returned to me. It's the worst place to send....!!!
