Always good service from the staff, I have never had problems with packages that do not arrive, I have had the mailbox for 3 years and it has worked
The times it has not arrived is due to an error on the part of the parcel, not the post office.
Recommended for price and proximity to the border, really only once a month I go for packages or letters, it is functional and meets everything that is needed

My family had a really bad experience this season. They lost some Christmas gifts and the service was terrible. We understand that it is high season and with a heavy workload, but it is no excuse for the ladies of this center to provide bad faith service to their clients. I ask you to pay more attention to your customer service because it is very terrible. We have a lot of time with them and this season we did not receive good treatment. ?♀️?♀️?♀️

Very bad customer service, you try to explain some mistake they would make and they still make fun of you and the owner does nothing. I do not recommend this place.

Super bad customer service, I ordered something from a friend's email box and they didn't want to give it to me just because the package was in my name or because I sent them tracking number and everything that was needed and I wanted to mark because I can't go and no one else answers you ??

A family member sent me documents for a procedure. Payment is made for the service from one day to the next. When I went to get the documents (when they appeared to me as delivered and signed) I was surprised that they didn't have anything and someone kindly went to check. But they didn't have anything, I went the next day in the afternoon and nothing, I came back before closing and nothing. I go on the third day and there is the owner, I showed him the proof and that it appeared signed as received and he replied that he had not signed anything, he refused to check and asked me to come later. I went again and nothing :( the documents that I requested in advance were delivered to me more than 1 month later. They gave me no explanation, much less an apology, NOTHING. I simply do not recommend them so that bad experiences do not happen.

The packages arrive at a certain time early and you arrive 1:30 later and they tell you that they are not ready yet, that is the only bad thing and if it is by USPS they take a full day to deliver it to you

Just go to a different place. This is the worst everything.Open late, closing early.They NEVER answer phone callsHorrible staffSave yourself money and stress, go to a different place.
