“I love coming to this Banana Republic factory outlet store here in San Ysidro. They always have super cute and sophisticated clothing. They even have linen and cashmere for a great deal! I came here today and Lilianna was such a pleasure to work with! She is so sweet and helpful I wish all workers had her work ethic, it just made my time shopping that much more enjoyable. I had my 2 year old son with me and she went out of her way to look for a linen cropped top for me that I saw online, she offered to call other storelocations to see if they had it in stock. She was so patience and so kind to my son even though he was a handful. Thank you so much Lilianna for going above and beyond, your kindness is very much appreciated! “I went here again last week and the prices have dropped! Most, if not all of the tshirts are either $10 each or two for $30 for the premiums. The staff was awesome as usual. They have a great selection of shorts that I think were about $30 each except for the ones with Nike technology for $50.”

“I was looking for a very specific garment and I was ecstatic to find it here. After getting a recommendation from another employee at an alternate store, I found exactly what I was looking for. As I stepped into PE, I also peeped a black turtleneck, another item I was searching for, SCORE! The associate who assisted me was very sweet and helpful. Since I was originally thinking I'd get either the turtleneck or the second garment, they were quick to let me know the rather forgiving return policy, which was greatly appreciated. You could tell they knew the lowdown on all things Perry Ellis. While I was in the store, I also noticed another great deal on some Guayabera shirts, which can often be hard to find. While not as inexpensive as some of the other outlet stores, they still have some solid deals. Thanks for the wonderful customer service and sweet threads.
