Bad experience, we sent an email with all the papers to the person who was not supposed to make the taxis, he did not send us an email back after receiving it, so about 15 days later we spoke to see what show, and they said oh, sorry, let's get to work On it. And if we told the person that there is not even feedback of receipt, we are working on it or that it will take more time, something... well, they already did it, they sent us the papers for digital signature, we signed them, the next day If they talked to us about making the payment, we said yes, then the fees were charged. And in that call we told them to confirm by email when they filed the documents for our records and it is time that we did not receive an email, and I know that they already sent them because the IRS already deducted from the bank account what we had to pay. Very, very bad feedback and customer service.

Terrible service to open your company, the truth is they have made too many mistakes, I do not recommend them at all and the taxes wow, not to mention, they gave me the wrong bank account and thanks to that I still have not received them and since February I made my taxes 4 months ago and still nothing ? I'm too angry, I will never acquire the services of these people who have no experience again; The place looks first class but the people who work there have no idea about anything!

I went back to do my taxes because the truth is that I had been with them for 5 years doing my taxes, they already have all my information and the truth is that it became easier for me to give them another chance than to find another tax preparer, Karla treated me very professionally, the truth is yes. If you go to this place, I would recommend that she personally do your taxes for you.

Tengo mas de 20 años haciendo mis Taxes en este lugar y el servicio es excelente y me atrevería a decir que casi todo el personal es magnífico, sin embargo este año tuve una muy mala experiencia pues me tocó alguien realmente desagradable, su nombre (VERONICA SÁNCHEZ).. desde el momento en que me senté pareciera que ya estaba de mal humor o algo por el estilo.. no me gusto para nada su trato ya que se porto despota y me atrevería a decir que hasta grosera.. Yo casi siempre pido mi cita con Lupita pero este año no se pudo y desgraciadamente me tocó esta experiencia, espero que esta persona entienda que uno no va a pedir nada regalado o a pedir favores... uno paga por un servicio y creo que lo menos que nos merecemos es respeto y si no quiere lidiar con gente pues sinceramente no sé qué hace ahí... mis respetos y admiración para todos los demás..

I made an appointment for new bookkeeping service on Friday from Monday 3pm. I confirmed it via there automated app. Comes Monday 3pm I'm waiting get no call. 3:15pm I call and they put me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up. It's 3:30 still no service call. It's terrible first impression. I'm not doing business with them. The worst part if you analyze their good reviews they seem FAKE and fabricated. I WOULD BE CONCERNED TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY PERSONAL PRIVATE INFORMATION.
