Came here to exchange some doc martens that my daughter didn't end up liking and I deleted the emailed receipt but adrian I believe his name was was super helpful and able to assist me with great customer service!

Very bad customer service. The lady(she also was the manager) was so disrespectful. Never go to this store again.

Worst customer service from the full staff. I was here for a good 5 minutes ( I know 5 minutes doesn't sound like a long time, but when you are standing in front of an employee at the register who doesn't acknowledge you- it is), waiting to exchange a pair of Dr. Marten boots for a smaller size and the store was empty (only-maybe 1 other person). Three employees working and not one of them offered to help me. They passed me by multiple times as I was standing at the register waiting. THREE employees standing around doing nothing. My mom was with me and she tried on a pair of Dr. Marten boots while I was waiting and one of the employees laughed at her. Never buying from this store. I would rather make the trip to Plaza Bonita where I always receive great customer service.

Horrible customer service. The manager (AB Guzman) was rude when it came to returning a pair of primo khaki j75 brand dress shoes. He said , "oh I don't stock these brands anymore I literally just sent these ones back." I look to my left from the register and see the same exact pair of shoes sitting on display. Then the manager with the mustache (AB Guzman) says oh you gotta return it to fashion valley. The receipt clearly says "we will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise with receipt" Then the manager with the mustache replied with a rude and condescending tone " uhmmm YA NO, Im not returning it here go back to fashion valley" Very rude and unprofessional. He was tryna cover his own mistake by taking my return and processing it. AB was saying that he was actually typing up the return in the computer while he was saying "uhmmm YA NO" which is a complete lie because he was putting the receipt and shoes back in the box. I work in a very similar industry where customer service is key for business success. No wonder this location isn't as busy compared to the fashion valley location. This manager needs more customer service training. I'm never going to shop to Journeys here in Las America Outlet Mall or Journeys in general.
