I have never used a service that will nickel and dime you as this company does, it's almost funny, and the straight face they keep when they do so. Charging $5 dollars because a parcel does not have your last name, even though it has the box number and your first name obviously matches the box number, and they will charge as if this actually added any more work for them. They have 0 idea of what customer service is. The sad thing is, they will keep doing this since the location they are in, pulls in customers by the hundreds, so they don't need it for their business to survive; but it is really disgusting.

Terrible customer service, rude people and they charge for everything, almost for breathing inside the place. They are soo petty it's disgusting. If you don't have your key, they will charge you to open your box when they can just get your mail without opening the box. that's what every other company does. They will receive packages and they won't give them to you on time and then days later charge you for more days even though it was their fault.

I was out of the country and paid for them to forward my mail to new address, they didn't do that and ignore all my massages, coming to the place itself they have no clue what to and not helping. I can not get my mail back until they help me do that, but they refuse to do so.Terrible service and untrustworthy place with poor business ethics. Avoid at all costs!!!

I was out of the country and paid for them to forward my mail to new address, they didn't do that and ignore all my massages, coming to the place itself they have no clue what to and not helping. BAD SERVICE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! if you looking for an address or whatever you thinking on doing with them please do not do it, you'llregret it! 1st they charge me 20 dollars for me to get my package!! 2nd they had my letter to renew my license plates SINCE MAY and didn't give it to me till yesterday and still had the nerve to charge me!! 3rd they sent one of my packages to tijuana to someone else, opened it and then return it back to the u.s then give it to me and only said sorry! this is only A FEW of my inconvenience! The owner or manager whatever she is, she never there and if her employees call her she never picks up so you will never have a solution with this people! PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS, THIS IS A HEADACHE!
