The service was terrible, they told me that the fitting room was not open and that they would not open it until the next day, while the employees were talking among themselves and could have someone in the fitting room.

Bought a sweater this last Friday 02/03 7PM. I took it out the bag on Monday 02/06 6PM and noticed a hole on the shoulder. I called the store at 6:25PM to ask if a picture of the receipt would suffice for an exchange. She said, let me put you on hold so I can ask a manager. I'm still on hold and it's 6:57PM. The store closes at 7pm. Turns out,I don't have the picture either. This specific Receipt is nowhere to be found. I now strongly believe that I clicked "No Receipt" on the keypad. Can get an exchange with credit card Statement description? I'll call again tomorrow.

The staff was so helpful and attentive, and the cashier who helped me I think her name was Carolina, went above and beyond and found an item I was looking for the longest time, and overall a great and friendly cashier! Will come again!
