Worst customer service ever! My family and I went on Sunday 04/14/2024 we were looking for Shoes the "panda ones" for our three kids. A worker approach us ask if we were looking for a size in ENGLISH, we said yes we ask for size 9t, 13y, & 3y. And then she started saying " Que no le entiendo" referring to my husband in spanish. and my husband repeated again, and she still kept saying " Que no te entiendo" but like making fun of him. And then I had to tell her in spanish the sizes, knowing that she ask us in english, she did said there were some available but the fact how she was talking to us and making us look somehow dumb we just told her we dont need nothing anymore. It was a short girl with long black hair.

If you like to play staring game this is the place for you! Multiple employees just stared at me , walked past me knowing I waited a while to get a shoe size…. Felt uncomfortable with all the stares and nothing was being said so I just walked out.

The Coolest Store I've Ever Been To, An Administration Of The Vrg. 3 Times I Had to Go From Tijuana There and My Tennis Shoes Never Arrived, The 4th Surprise Going They Didn't Arrive at the Measurement I Ordered, They Only Said Apologies Because Vrgs I Want to Apologize Money They Should Give for the Gasoline and Lost Time, I Canceled My Tennis Order +500 Dollars and Surprise They Give Me a Check That I Couldn't Even Change At That Moment They Have to Mark Me, The Ugliest Store Ever and Being the United States, Don't Go Save Your Time and Better Buy in Places Already With Their Products Hand and Don't Order Anything Because They Are Good at Collecting If You Don't Pay They Don't Make Orders.

Terrible serviceVery bad attention from the employees.While at the San Ysidro branch I ordered some tennis shoes which they did not have in my size but they would order them from another branch and they would arrive at my house in a maximum of 7 days, I paid and waited for them for more than a month, I went to the branch and They couldn't resolve anything that I had to call customer service where they told me that the tennis shoes were already sold (they never notified me).They would send a check with the refund, after 45 days of the purchase my check arrived, I went to the store with the check to buy other sneakers with that money but they do not accept the check and they reluctantly told me to change it at a store change that they would charge me a small commission.

I seriously HATE this location. It is the worst ever. Their customer service sucks. You can stand there holding a shoe and make eye contact with 10 employees and no one asks to assist you. They also don't allow you to even TRY ON the display shoes! Never again.

The store has good products, however its administration is disastrous, I ordered some tennis shoes on its official website and the first time that they were supposed to arrive I received some work boots, I made the claim and they told me that it was a mistake and that they would send me The tennis shoes again (NIKE blazer) today, November 27, they arrived and they did not respect the size I ordered (N. 28), they arrived in number 29, honestly I will not order anything from their website again and probably from their physical store, it is a pain It's hard to deal with this type of situation since I don't have enough time to make complaints about their poor sales management. If you are planning to order a product from their page, take my experience into account so that bad times are avoided.

Bad service for military members. I bought 2 New Balance 550s off of them and they only honor discounts for "on sale" if it's not on sale there's 0 discount for regular price. Don't but on this branch. Footlocker, New Balance, Nike, and adidas all honor discount on all products not this finish line. This will be my last
