Took it to the guys at 3-D hoping that they would have a button there in the shop that they could just you know charge me for an install for me and I was willing to pay and then I was kind of scared about how much it might cost, but it turned out super affordable
Not to mention my extractor now works better than when I first spotted. I don't know how that's possible but I love it so these guys are these guys are the shit thank you guys.”

“I have used this dealership for over 30 years. I appreciate the excellent service & staff so I was very dissatisfied with my last visit on 8/2/24. When my vehicle was done I noticed the driver side window sun shade was on the dash. The passenger shade was missing the suction cups. The window had been rolled down, the shade inserted & rolled back up. This is how the shade was holding! I was very upset and notified the service technician. They searched the car for the missing suction cups, brought out the mechanic, another service advisor then the manager. After talking in circles manager Arturo Jaimes tells me to go buy the suction cups, bring him back the receipt & he would reimburse me. Why should “I” have to “fix” their lack of care for my personal property. The lack of accountability from this manager was upsetting.
Finally, my service advisor Henry Samaniego came out & took the time to really listen to me. He had checked the video they took of the vehicle upon arrival & confirmed the sun shades properly installed on my windows at drop off. I gave him the Amazon link to replace my recent purchase. He went above and beyond to make it right. He replaced the sun shade’s & notified me when they arrived. THANK YOU Henry Samaniego for your patience, professionalism in your ability to resolve such a minor issue.”

I recently brought my Dodge Charger to this shop because I was feeling some vibration while driving. I made an appointment and dropped the car off the next day. From the start, the team was super friendly, attentive, and asked all the right questions. We even did a ride-along together so they could better understand what I was experiencing.
They kept the car for further inspection, and I was really impressed by how thorough they were. The entire staff was professional and kind throughout the process. After the full inspection, they went over everything with me and reassured me that no issues were found.
Now here’s the part that really surprised me – they didn’t charge me anything. No issue found, no fee. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare in this business. Most places will find a way to charge you something, even if it’s just for looking at the car. Not here. They genuinely care about their customers.
I’ve never had this kind of experience at a mechanic shop before, and I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need anything in the future. Highly recommend!”

“I've been to nearly every highly rated muffler shop in San diego. These guys have been the best by far. They were patient, knowledgeable, decently priced, and were able to accomplish a project for me that every single other shop turned me down for because of the difficultly level.
Not only did these guys get it done, they exceeded my expectations and did so in a way cleaner and more organized way than I previously had imagined. AND they managed to fix an issue caused by the last exhaust shop I went to! This is my go to place from now on.
I did also notice that everyone else coming and going from the shop seemed to have similar positive experiences as well! Great people and great results.”

“Searched around all of SD to find a shop that was willing to install the hood louver. I got intouch with New Image Customs and the owner was chill and strait forward. He allowed my car to stay there when they're wasn't enough room and finished the job quickly. The workers there are also nice and love what they do. Highly recommend if you need body work done.”
