Staff is friendly and courteous. They have done a good job serving my cars. For regular maintenance, they are not the least expensive option, but are certainly trustworthy.

I needed to get my aged mother in law moved. The schedule was tight and I got a nail in my tire. I showed up on a Saturday morning with no appointment. Steve got me in right away! He was compassionate and helpful. Thank you so much to Justin and Steve for saving the day. Justin had to find the wheel lock on my new used car for me too! Great service and quick turnaround. These guys are the best!

Make sure that you keep your receipt and bring it over for follow-on services! I bought the lifetime wheel alignment warranties for two cars from the Dublin store, and both times, both cars, the records were NOT in the system! For my first car, they were able to call the Dublin store and locate the warranty. For my second car, they flatly declined the warranty. I have yet to go to the Dublin store to claim my extended warranty; will try it tomorrow and will update the review accordingly.
Terrible, terrible services at both Dublin and San Ramon Wheel Works stores! Really bad experiences at both stores. Avoid it!!

I have been going to Wheel Works in San Lorenzo for years. I moved to Danville and used this location today. The staff was friendly,helpful,and efficient. I was taken care of very well. The price was right and it was done within 2 hours. I have lifetime alignment with them and they had time to do that. Loyal customer for life.

I am a happy customer. They price match Costco; they have the same perks as Costco but also have the alignment that is required to honor the tire warranty. They ordered my tires, installed them, and had my car ready in one day. I ended up needing a tire sensor, and they went out of their way to make sure they got one the same day. All the guys are so nice and respectful. As a long time Costco tire customer, I will never buy tires from them again. Costco Danville refused to honor my warranty even though I complied with the rules, i.e., alignments every 5k miles. I have to get tires on my heavy AWD van every 30k miles, and now I am relieved to know that I have a reliable place with integrity to go to. Thanks, Wheel Works!

I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs or maintenance. I recently took my mother’s car into San Ramon wheel works to have her shock/struts and brakes replaced. I dropped the car off in the morning and I was able to pick it up the same day! The same day service was much appreciated :) They did the work for half the price than dealership quoted me which was amazing. The work also came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty.

The staff at the San Ramon location are always clear, communicate in a timely manner, and are professional in their advisement. They go out of their way to check on warranty information without prompting, they send updates for routine check-ups (even free ones like the lifetime alignment I signed up for). They even allow you to add additional work when timelines are delayed (oil change)
