This bank is the worst, employee's are rude and have no customer value, skills, or organization. Very unprofessionalism, I'm a 60 year old man and was there this morning waiting for them to open to conduct business, and all they wanted to do is threatening me that they was going to call the police if I didn't leave the area until they opened. My wife and I have accounts with Wells Fargo. How much longer after today remains undetermined :-( Very disappointed! If it wasn't for one gentleman coming up to me in the line afterward and asking me how he could assist me and then showing me how I could conduct my needs at the ATM once we updated information on the WF app, I most likely would of been closing our accounts. Why couldn't one of the first two start their conversation with me that way, instead of threatening me? :-( Very disappointed!

If you bank at Wells Fargo and you’re near the shopping center it’s convenient to go into the ATM to get cash. there is a huge parking lot because it’s next to Whole Foods and HomeGoods,

This location sucks! Went to deposit some cash then transfer it to another account they couldn’t figured it out and sent me to Bank of America.Another location did it in 2 mins.

I went there with my mother, 76yrs to get some documents notarized but the banker was very rude. Even though I made an online appointment, he did not have it on his system and he made it sound like it was my fault. In his own words, "I should have called the branch to make an appointment and I cannot just walk in to use the notary services".I don't think i'll ever be going back to this branch anymore.

The worse bank I have even been to and unfortunately I have go to this bank every month. Always lines, always so slow. I have a bad back and every time I go to this bank I leave in pain and then in bed for the rest of the day instead of being with my children..

I was having trouble with the Wells Fargo website and getting my tax forms from the bank. Mark and the banks manager immediately helped, waited on the phone for support and got the problem figured out.

I forgot the name of the Lady who helped me open the account and explained to me that I can get a free checking and free cashiers check. Very helpfilul even offered me coffee fast and efficient.

Because of such a crummy experience at the Well's Fargo's in Lucky's down the street, I will continue to come back to this branch. The tellers and the managers actually care about their customers which I really appreciate. I will go out of my way to come this branch where the transactions are smooth and effortless!
