2011 Lexus IS250C with poor acceleration, detonation codes, could n't drive faster than 60 MPH. After replacement of ignition coils, everything is better. Fast service. Still caring after years of demanding customers. Hang in there my friend! It's worth it to do good work...

This was my first time ever using this shop. My vehicle had failed a smog check and after contacting other shops and getting the run around, I called Walt's Danville Service. The owner, Wally, answered all my concerns over the phone and set up an appointment for me. I met Wally at my appointment. He is very friendly and honest and seems to take a genuine interest in his clients. My vehicle was immediately diagnosed and the problem corrected with a minimal charge to me. Thank you Wally. I was very worried that I would not be able to afford the repairs.

I love when I can talk to the owner directly. Very honest straight forward. I took my car here after getting it serviced elsewhere and something just wasn't right. We got the true scoop from Walt about the hack job the other mechanic did. We will be using Walt for all our auto servicing needs.
