Walmart lost a loyal customer today who shopped all my grocery from Walmart. I had a long list of grocery today and after shopping tried to find a counter to checkout , but there was only 1 counter open with a line of customers so I went to self checkout. As I started checking out, 2 employees came and stood by watching me checkout every item( I had more than 30 items on my cart) and didn't offer any help to checkout for me but rather just made suggestions like u should enter the code rather than scanning this item, make sure you scan the chicken at the bottom , etc etc. If you cant help don't embarrass the customer, there wasn't a single customer behind me so I don't know what was the reason for this behavior. Walmart employees are constantly wasting their time on dissatisfying customers rather than helping them.

False advertising at its prime: claims to have Asian noodles on the website… nowhere to be found in the store. Customer service counter closed.

They don't accept returns from other Walmart locations!! Doesn't make sense.

We waited for our curbside order in the parking lot for 20 min before going in to get it. Associate was sitting behind the customer service counter with his headphones in, phone ringing off the hook, not a care in the world. No apology or offer to bring them out to our car - nothing. Super unprofessional and really disappointing. Place wasn’t super busy either. Employees just didn’t care.

Do not shop here - antiquated self checkout system with no staffed registers. It’s impossible to make age restricted purchases when the single staffed register is “closed” and you’re directed by the employee behind the register to go find someone else, despite the lack of other employees or staffed registers. I’ve also had disgruntled employees make disparaging remarks about my purchases and general demeanor. It’s apparent that no one wants to be there, so do yourself a favor and be elsewhere, you’ll be in and out much quicker literally anywhere else.

This is the 4th week in a row that I have gone to the San Ramon facility and they haven’t had any of their Great Value brand lactose free milk. Why is that? I’ve gone on different days of the week and it doesn’t make any difference. Either somebody doesn’t know how to order quantities of it or people that order online get it first and the rest of us are out of luck. Whatever the reason I find myself shopping now at other stores, like Safeway and Smart& Final, although their prices are higher at least they have product on the shelf.

I was in the area and decided to stop by here. There was a pretty big parking lot. This is a neighborhood Walmart so it's so as big as other ones. They were pretty stocked up. I noticed that they had a lot of new items there. There was also a lot of ethnic foods. The place is pretty clean. The people who work here are very helpful. We had a pretty good experience.

I love this store. I go here for ALL my holiday shopping. Great selection. Many grocery carts have trash in them. Carts also not working properly.
