The selection and pricing is really great. I save hundreds over my typical weekly shopping at Safeway or Raleys! The pick up service has worked well for us also--even when we order produce! If you are a value shopper, I would recommend this as a weekly stop to help save on groceries

Fuck this place! There are never any employees here, and half the stuff is always locked up. And the one employee you do find couldn't care less.

Slow service!!! No matter if there were many or no one else in the service line, Zakia has no regard for other people's time. She takes a personal phone call right in front of me while she's pretending to enter data into the computer and makes me wait there while other people are being helped by other employees.

Went here tonight because I needed to buy some basic hygiene related goods. Got to the section for men's deodorant and... couldn't take any because the inventory is locked away safely behind a theft-proof case. I pushed the button for assistance but nobody ever came. It's a sad state of affairs. It looks like the hoodlums of the world have won.

Depressing. They have a large inventory, but I don't like the feeling of the store. They have good prices, but I'd rather go somewhere (anywhere) else. * haphazard setup and disorganized * doesn't feel clean * invisible prices on produce * long lines * no personality employees I say Nope. Needs help.

when company's management calling every single customer thief why even should we spend our money and support them. shame at Walmart by running this kind of business, they wrongfully terminated an associate that under pressure of store manager and market team ended up fighting with customer because it's one of high shrink store and they made us accuse customers for stealing.

In the last month I've been in this store 4 separate times and tried to purchase their Great Value Fat Free Lactose Free milk. there has never been any of it on their shelf. There is every other type of lactose free milk but never the Fat Free. Whover does the ordering isn't doing their job. Why are they always out of it?

This isn't so much Walmart as it is the Amerigas propane they have out front. This is twice now I've gotten half full tanks. Not cool!!

I normally don't write negative reviews very often because I believe in giving positive feedback, however I have been coming to this store for years and the customer service hasn't gotten any better. I love the prices and the selection, I honestly don't even mind doing my own self check out, however the feeling given by the staff leaves much to be desired. Often times they have 10-15 people on the floor, in every single isle. I get that the store needs to be stocked but the staff just plows right through you, stands in the way, doesn't ever step to the side and is frankly just aggressive. I would say it's because most of them are teenagers but honestly the adult staff doesn't seem very friendly either. I put off shopping as long as I can because while I love the store, the attitude just throws my whole day off.

This place I will never return this place is so disgusting ,dirty floor ,dirty walls ,bad meat I purchase chicken that was date (feb15 )of this year and took it home it was bad and was very funky and when I brought it back customer service was very rude.Bad customer service just terrible , terrible.

Why is there is there lots of employees walking around doing absolutely nothing when there is a long line and no checkers? WTF....You go to the state where I am from there is 8 cashiers at a regular Walmart and 5 cashiers at a Walmart Neighborhood Market This Walmart on Alcosta Blvd Sucks! You all need to train those employees how to run a register. Nobody wants to stand in a long line doing self checkout. I brought my Mom here and she has a bad back. Standing for a long period of time makes it worse on her. You all really need to wait on customers instead of walking around thr store aimlessly.

Mostly friendly staff. If management is reading this, please retrain Hernando. He was rude and dismissive. I asked him if he knew what section an item was and he ignored me multiple times. Finally when he answered he angrily said he doesn't know. So rude.

I asked 2 employees for assistance this morning and I got the "Why are you talking to me" look. I like the Walmart products and prices, but it's so irritating to be treated like you are an annoyance. I tried to call the manager 2 times and got ring no answer.

Don't bother to even TRY to get a prescription filled at San Ramon Walmart Pharmacy. The Pharmacists think they know MORE than the REAL DOCTORS that actually prescribe the medication. PLUS their pricing is no less than at Luckys or Safeway. I had the displeasure of trying to get a prescription filled this evening after having had dental surgery today. The "pharmacist" name was Wen. She questioned why my dental surgeon prescribed the medication, why I needed it & why I couldn't just use Aleve to alleviate my pain. Well, I'd already given my dental surgeon a detailed health history earlier the same day, what business was it of hers to OVERRIDE my Dental Surgeon? Let's face it, pharmacists are glorified pill counters. The days of mixing compounds are well behind us. Also gone is the need for a customer to get "schooled" after they've visited their doctor. Pharmacist Wen at San Ramon Walmart needs to be taught common sense. (Assuming) she's already gotten the pill counting part of her education down pat.

Twice I bought ice cream that was crystalized due to their freezers. It was unpalatable, full of ice, and required it be thrown away. They allowed it to defrost and sold it anyway. I contacted an employee to report the issue and was only told "No manager was available. Twice, in the last week I walked into the store and people were walking out telling customers to shop elsewhere. One person was yelling that employees were incompetent. There seems no accountability. When I asked to credit me for a coupon at the register, the employee told me she didn't know how to do it and no one else was available. In another incident, I questioned an employee about the posted $1.23 kiosk price differences on a candy bar. The employee said I would have to pay the higher price and that their was no one available to address my concern.
