Called the POLICE on staff member ROJARD. My police report number towards ROJARD is SR24034098. He verbally threatened myself and my elderly mother and created an unsafe environment in a public place/store. READ BELOW: We came here like we always do to use the chime banking services in which you need to go to the cash register to complete transactions such as a deposit/withdraw that is over the ATM limit. Mind you, we've done chime banking at this location plenty of times, and this walgreens is even listed on the chime app. See the pic for proof. Staff MRUDULA & ROJARD completely denied the FACT that Chime banking was a service available at this location and they laughed in our faces and said chime banking does not exist when in FACT it DOES and is a service at their store. MRUDULA also LIED and said she was the manager when her name tag clearly said shift lead. lol She pretended to call the store manager David but never did and called a women as she said a lady's name and told her "this ignorant customer won't leave and is trying to do chime banking, but we don't have it only western union" lol right in front of my face. MRUDULA you are the one who is IGNORANT and INCOMPETENT LOL. You and ROJARD were just TOO LAZY to figure it out. I told them I wasn't going to leave until they tried to help me, but they both walked away trying to ignore me while I was still standing at the counter. I then called them out on their terrible customer service in front of all the people in line and told them to get ahold of the manager David Fineman and that i would wait to speak to him. ROJARD then had the audacity to come around the counter to cuss me out with threatening remarks of "Get the f*ck out of here, b*tch, I'm refusing you service" "f*ckin leave now!" "Get the f*ck out" yelling in our faces completely scaring my elderly mom with his verbal assult/harassment. I took out my phone to take a pic/video which is NOT illegal to do in a public place & MRUDULA freaked out and said "call the cops, shes recording" lol too bad I called a police officer to the store as I did not feel safe and have every right to! Verbal assault is illegal in California. 2 officers showed up and MRUDULA was hiding in the back while ROJARD put his hood on and walked away. He made himself look like a complete A-hole in front of all the customers in the store. The officer gave me a police report confirmation number after I told her how ROJARD made us feel threatened and unsafe. She then said if I ever feel unsafe again at this store to not hesitate to call the PD to de-escalate. My police report number towards ROJARD is SR24034098. MRUDULA & ROJARD are highly INCOMPETENT, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and are INCAPABLE of managing a store as SHIFT LEADS when their store manager David Fineman is not present. They are a complete DISGRACE and DISGUSTING representation of Walgreens - how does it feel knowing that the cops were called while on YOUR SHIFT!? This store already has a history of bad customer service and has treated customers like sh*t. ROJARD you are a danger and threat to customers and community of San Ramon residents who frequent this store and you made yourself look extremely bad by using profanity and screaming in my face and my elderly mother's face. If the management of this store cares, they will review the video footage. I REPORTED this to corporate Walgreens and their regional manager Jan Gavieres. We also complied letters from a witness and fellow San Ramon community members who had bad customer experiences and sent them to corporate Walgreens in IL to further investigate this store and request that it gets employee reform ASAP. ROJARD you need to be FIRED. You don't deserve to work here.Work on your temper and anger - it's UGLY. MRUDULA you NEED immense EXTENSIVE customer service and management training badly - you are NOT a manager (so don't say you are) and should NOT be a shift lead as you clearly cannot handle difficult situations in the s

I usually get my maintenance drug in this location. Today. I see my regular drug sourced from a different manufacturer- and the pill is 3 times bigger. I called to verify if that is the correct drug. Pharmacy person who answered the phone sounded like don't care. He didn't listen and wanted to blame me for not reading the medication notes where the change is "notified" to the patient. I told him not right and he dismissed my concerns. This Walgreens does not inspire confidence. I am always alert they will mess up the prescriptions.

I made a pickup order for a lot of candies for my friends and family. When I went to get it not only did they lose it and have to find it, then upon returning home I realized half of my stuff wasn’t included and I lost out on $15. Really very disappointed with my experience and order.

Visited here for a flu shot midafternoon in a Tuesday. I made an appointment about 40 minutes prior to showing up to the store. This is the best Walgreens experience I've had in quite some time. Their pharmacy staff was very efficient, there was no large line or long wait. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The Pleasanton Walgreens every time I've visited for a flu shot had always taken 1+ hours to complete. I was quite satisfied that this location was quick and efficient. I didn't need to do any shopping, but it appeared they had plenty of staff available on the floor stocking it ready to help out customers. The store also appeared clean, and well stocked.

Called before I scheduled my RSV and Covid vaccine appointment. I asked how much it would cost. I was told it was free for all insurances. I made the appointment and showed up. After registering, I was told it would be over $350 with my Kaiser insurance. Wish they told me this and saved me the trouble.

This Walgreens reminds of the Walgreens on Market street in San Francisco. Overflowing trash cans outside, questionable piles of matter in the parking lot, and the contents of the shelves is sparse, if not not strewn on the floor. For a Walgreens in San Ramon, this place is simply filthy. I wouldn't go here if not for the proximity to my house.

Horrible experience with Walgreens Pharmacy in Windermere! To start off I went to the Walgreens after visiting an urgent care facility for a severely painful sinus infection. I was prescribed antibiotics and was eager to pick up my prescription so I could start feeling better. I went into the Walgreens and spoke to a woman at the pharmacy sometime around 3:40 PM. I said I wanted to pick up a prescription. Her English comprehension was not great IMO and I had to repeat myself several times and slow my speech down for her. She was pretty unfriendly and apathetic the entire time. Finally just showed the prescription on my After Visit Summary on my phone. At this time the woman said Walgreens never received the prescription. That was the end of the conversation because the lady insisted the prescription had not been received and that was that. I spent 12 minutes in the parking lot in the heat with an extreme headache on the phone with the urgent care facility to try to figure out what happened. The urgent care facility confirmed to me that the prescription was sent over and received by Walgreens at 3:07 PM! The urgent care facility also went the extra step of connecting me via conference call to someone at this Walgreens who told me over the phone that they had already received the prescription and it would take 30 minutes to prepare. I am so annoyed because of all of this unnecessary time I wasted due to the incompetence of the Walgreens employee, but I am in pain and just want to rest so I drive home and get in bed. My sinus and upper gums are in pain this entire time. At approximately 4:27 PM I received an automated phone call from Walgreens saying my antibiotic prescription was ready. I left to go to Walgreens to pick up the prescription and arrived at 5 PM and go through the pharmacy drive through. Just my bad luck, the same unfriendly lady who helped me earlier was at the drive through window and I had to go through the same process of identifying myself and explaining which prescription I wanted to pick up, again having to repeat myself several times. The lady, adamantly insisted that no such prescription was received. I began to try to explain that I had confirmed that it was received by Walgreens with someone at the Walgreens over the phone and subsequently received an automated call from Walgreens saying the prescription was ready. The lady cut me off and said the prescription was not received, without any sympathy or helpfulness, without offering any solution to the problem at all. I'm forced to pull over and park so I can call the urgent care facility for help because I don't deal with prescriptions often. After a 10 minute call to the urgent care facility in the parking lot with my head pounding, I learned that the prescription was in fact confirmed hours ago by Walgreens and furthermore if there were any issues THE WALGREENS PHARMACIST COULD CALL MY URGENT CARE FACILITY TO CONFIRM THE PRESCRIPTION! I was never offered this option by the lady at the Walgreens window! This infuriates me! I would expect someone who deals with customer service at Walgreen's pharmacy as their JOB to understand the options that could be offered to a customer to help them with their prescription! This lady brushed me off in a rude manner and she was totally wrong, the prescription was in the system the whole time and ready for pickup, she was just too INCOMPETENT to know It AND TOO LAZY/APATHETIC/UNHELPFUL TO GO AND ASK SOMEONE OR OFFER ME AN OPTION TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION! Did she think I was making this all up when I said I received confirmation with a live person over the phone as well as from an automated call from Walgreens? This lady could have at the VERY LEAST asked for help from a colleague OR told me that I could provide them with the phone number for the Urgent Care facility I went to so that the pharmacist could call to confirm the prescription. NONE OF THIS WAS DONE! I was nice to this lady the entire time and just got apathy, unfriendliness and unhelpfulness back! I drove back to the window and said I con

RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE! I made an appointment for a shot at the pharmacy through the Walgreens app. I received confirmation email saying it was at 5pm today. When I showed up the technician said "No your apt is tomorrow". As I showed them the confirmation email on my phone which clearly said today, they responded with,"No it's actually tomorrow, we have to order it still". WHY WOULD YOU SEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN IT'S NOT READY? Waste of my time and the staff were very impolite. Don't come to this location.

The pharmacist in the pharmacy is a very rude young guy. He was rude twice, and I refused the service of that pharmacy. I think he has some kind of complexes. It reflects on the employees of the pharmacy and on the customers. 0 stars.

This Walgreens does not deserve my business. Not only is the pharmacy operations manager ridiculously rude, she seems to think that Walgreens will go out of business for accepting discount cards on prescriptions.I went to pick up my prescription today. When I mentioned that I had a discount card, she looked irritated. Insisted that I had to pay $33 because of my deductible. Then when I showed her the card where the price should be $20, she did not bother to tell me what she was going to do: acknowledge the discount or not. She walks around the pharmacy talks to another person, orders me to click the device to acknowledge what was on the pin pad screen. She could not be bothered to explain what she was doing. Then she rings the prescription at $26 and I asked why the $20 could not be accommodated, she just said that that's what shows up and that I may have already used the discount card. The prescription was prescribed to me for the first time by my Doctor today. :(The same person refused to price match the same items in Walgreens.com when I went to the store. If I wasn't busy that day, I would've cancelled my purchase to go online and do a pick up order. Duh.My family and I have been a loyal customers. But I have decided to move all my prescription elsewhere.

This review is for the pharmacy. We went here to get our flu and Covid booster shots. Staff was very friendly and efficient. They answered all our Qs and were super helpful. They accepted walk-ins like us without any hesitation (At Safeway, we were turned away sternly as we didn't have an appt). The lady who gave us the shot was very caring!Thank you to all the staff!
