KIT KAT and IZZY. Last month I had to say goodbye to KIT KAT and they stayed with me the entire time. When KIT KAT Crossed over the "Rainbow Bridge" they gave me all the time I needed for kisses and hugs and lots and lots of tears and made sure I was OK
They helped IZZY with dietary issues 2 years ago and now they gave her medicine to help her get through "separation anxiety " it's a slow process but it's working .
Please visit them with your pets if you're looking for a vet.?❣️❣️”

The kind Staff waived a substantial portion of that fee for me. I live on a fixed income and a very tight budget. That meant a LOT to me. THANK YOU!!! ????”
“I asked the cashier about a prescription cat food I needed to buy and her response was very thoughtful and informative. It was obvious she wanted to provide the best information possible. Great customer service.”
“I appreciate the personal touch from all the staff. They remember my dogs’ names, they remember my name. It helps that there appears to be a low staff turnover - always the same friendly faces!”

We haven't ever changed , even though we don't live in Ramon anymore, because the staff and service are so great. I took our dog in today to get checked for fleas, and I was just so appreciative of every person who works there. The gal at the front desk who helped me was friendly and communicative, the staff member (vet assistant?) was lovely - she asked all the questions and listened and was clear about what she was doing and most importantly, was so lovely with our little nervous dog! He even ate a treat from her, which is a big deal. And then finally, the vet herself was wonderful, super quick and explained what was going on and what the treatment was! I also appreciate the clear billing process. Just wanted to give my recommendation - if you need a vet, this is the one to choose!”

2000 Bishop Dr, San Ramon“We had to say goodbye to our most loyal family member yesterday. The care given to our dog Casper left an impression on our hearts. The compassion shown from Dr. Tien, Dr. Liang and Kenya was never shown to us by any other veterinary hospital. They gave us time to think, they gave us every possible type of treatment option and they were also very honest. When the heartbreaking moment came, they made Casper feel as if he was at home in his own bed. If ever the family decides to have another four legged family member, there's no question we will be back here as its primary clinic. You may not always get the same vet as I've read in other reviews, but you will always get the same excellent care from everyone here.”

2000 Bishop Dr, San Ramon“I've been bringing my pets to Bishop Ranch for almost 10 years. Cats, dogs of all sizes. I do notice a lot of turnover with their staff but the service I get is always superior. Today I brought my 9 month old kitten in to their urgent care clinic because she had been vomiting repeatedly for hours. We were taken back immediately and Elle was examined. The vet was Dr Crisp and she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me the information I needed without talking down to me or leaving out any details. My kitten was assessed and treated and is now home feeling better. I've taken my other cat here when he had an abscess form an entire month after I had adopted him from the shelter. I had brought him first to VEG and they found/drained the abscess but then sent my poor cat home with a gaping, oozing wound on his back and no medication. I brought him to Bishop Ranch the next day and he got the surgery he needed, a drain tube placed and the correct pain meds and antibiotics. He spent two weeks in a cone but he healed very well and is fine now. Again the vet and all staff were very kind courteous and professional. My only complaint is they are often booked out for weeks but that is what happens when you're the best, I suppose. Highly recommend.”

“I had the best experience yesterday with Dr. Elisa Miller at Bollinger Canyon Animal Hospital! The office is conveniently located, staff is super nice, and Dr. Miller is amazing! We have a 9 yo Frenchie and a 6 yo toy poodle. She was so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly! I am so happy we made the decision to switch to another veterinary practice. This practice is smaller and the pups received much more personal attention. Highly recommend. Thank you, Dr. Miller and staff!”
