Worst customer service experience. The gentleman there for passport service was grumpy, rude and extremely disrespectful. After all that he says he is unable to take my kids photo cause the camera is not working. Thank you for spoiling a weekend.

went to ship some depop packages as i have done many times before. employee intercepted me on my way to use the self-service kiosk to ask what i was doing. when i politely told her i was using the kiosk to print some shipping labels from gr codes she
VERY rudely told me i would not be able to do it from the kiosk but instead would have to wait in the (very long) employee service line. when i informed her that i had in fact done this many times before from the self service area she said told me she did not know that this was possible.. why do you not know as an employee what services you provide? clearly this wasn't a sufficient answer as she once again came over and asked if i had in fact been able to print the labels which of course i said yes to because again ive done this several times. did NOT need or ask for this type of interaction

I sent the notarized and apostilled real estate documents from USPS San Ramon California to South Korea by priority mail on July 6th. This docs was made by traveling all the way to Sacramento and my family in Korea was waiting for my documents to arrive to sell their property. After 2 weeks of not receiving my documents, my family in Korea contacted the post office with my tracking number and were told that no documents were sent to Korea. On 7/22 I found that my documents were sent to Bell Garden California on 7/8 and have been piled up until now. I contacted and emailed to customer service to forward my mail to Korea as soon as possible. Meanwhile I asked whether I could get my documents back by traveling to Bell Gardens from San Ramon myself, but they said that they couldn’t not release it without further order. The documents were sent by a US citizen selling a property in Korea and the buyer for the house gave up because he did not understand the paperwork delays of my family side.
Usps. Who will compensate me for my monetary losses and time?
Customer Service Agents. How can you be so brazen and continue to do nothing after seeing this issue?

Very poor passport service. The staff is so rude and acts like he’s superior to you. Avoid this place if you don’t want to have an unpleasant day!!

This is the most incompetent post office I have ever dealt with. I constantly get slips in my mail box because their staff are too lazy to drop the packages off at the front door. Absolutely absurd. And their staff are equally as incompetent and rude. They have no idea what they are doing or saying. I constantly have issues, at least twice a month.
And once I received my 10 day hold, they gave me OTHER PEOPLES MAIL!!!!! Incompetence

My experience with this location was not good so far in general. Had very bad experience with one staff in particular. I asked if she can help to bring more small size box to the front as the supply is out. She just pointed to the end of a very long line. When I tried to explained to her that I just need a small box. She was irritated and raised her voice, pointed to the end of the line again without any explanations. Just a terrible experience.

Additionally, the opportunity for employment at this location presents a chance for individuals to contribute to the community. Moreover, ample parking facilitates ease of access for patrons, fostering convenience and accessibility.

Extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason. I had a visit today early morning to grab my mail and the person who I talked to which is named Anne was extremely aggressive and rude, behaving unprofessionally in front of other customers. I noticed her tone of voice was rude with others who were waiting in line as well. Im gonna report her and this location to corporate since this behavior has been a pattern for a while and I have had the same experience every single time I visit this office

Regular mail is not delivered consistently, some days not delived at all. Like the last 2 days. No way to get through by phone - the computerized system does not allow to make or does not recognize selections. And there is no way to get in touch with live person.
