I would like to take a moment to applaud the owner of this dealership, I am a long distance buyer from Southeast Pennsylvania, and I recently purchased a vehicle from Brad and his team and unfortunately the owner of the car that he was consigning for; was not really transparent with Brad and his team so there was a little bit of a hiccup on the paperwork, I cannot say enough about Brad Kasabian. He was completely transparent and extremely honest throughout the whole process. As well as impressively diligent about sorting out the title issue with California DMV, amazing work!!
I will be a returning Customer for sure,,dealerships In this hobby of this Caliber are the exception and not the norm .. cannot say enough, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for A hobbyist car..

I've been shopping for a 1949 Ford Tudor Custom Deluxe for three years; one beautiful example posted on USA Hot Cars via eBay, and I contacted the dealer immediately. John V emailed me within 24 hours, and I booked my flight to the Bay Area to view the car. Brad Kassabian took me for a test drive, and I instantly loved everything about the car. Brad worked with me on a deal that I was extremely happy with. The car ships to me in the next seven days. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of attention and quality of service from Brad and John. They run a top notch business. I encourage you to reach them if you see a vehicle that you like. 10/10, no question. Thank you Brad and John, I couldn't be more happier and excited about my purchase; you made my decade. I appreciate you both.

Buyer beware! I purchased what appeared to be a quality restomod ‘66 Chevelle SS 396 remotely by phone (hard lesson learned), through Sales Manager John Verhoek, after viewing it on their website’s many elaborate pics and video. I had the car shipped to my home address after the sale. I had a local third party PPI done prior to purchase (not the best it turned out). Once the car was in my possession, I discovered this company had failed to disclose several mechanical defects and missing equipment, i.e. worn out clutch and transmission (a very costly repair), broken/inop odometer (illegal), missing horn, missing radio, missing wiper washer bottle, no spare and/or jack. Additionally, the car came with NO documentation whatsoever on the restoration build. I asked Mr. Verhoek if he could locate documentation, receipts, or any of the rebuilt engine specs, or even prior owner info, and never heard back from him again. I realize the car was purchased “as is” but it was also highly misrepresented by their sales and marketing personnel. Know what you’re buying, BEFORE you buy from these shady guys. Was definitely not a good customer experience. -Steve C.

The process of marketing and selling a classic custom vehicle requires specialized knowledge and skills. I visited the showroom and spoke with John Verhoek before entrusting USA Hot Cars with task of selling my '52 Chevy pickup. I appreciated John's expertise on the current state of the market place for old cars as well as his completely up front, honest appraisal of what your vehicle is worth. One of the primary advantages of having established firm handling the transaction is the vetting process of your potential buyer and handling of all the paperwork and payment which ensures trust between both buyer and seller. However, I was most impressed with the level of customer service I received, I was kept updated on potential buyer inquiries and both John and Brad responded quickly with any additional questions I had. Thank you for the quick, efficient sale of my truck. There are several classic car dealers in this area, vist the Hot Cars showroom and meet and talk to John or Brad before making your decision to consign your vehicle for sale.

Wouldn't use them again. Didn't feel they made much of any real effort. Not a bad owner, seems like a pretty decent guy. But they broke my center console and didn't pay for it. Tip: I shouldn't have to ask and won't. Great service does things proactively not when you have to complain.

Really fantastic group of people who are passionate car enthusiasts. I've bought several cars from them over the years and have always had a great experience. They have all the consigned cars fully checked out which helps bring me peace of mind, and when/if there are any areas to disclose about originality, condition, etc they don't hide it. I really always got the sense that they truly want satisfied customers and that's why I've always returned and I'm sure will do so again.
