How do I make this zero stars?The store went from having employees that would ask you how's your day going and being nice while making money -} all about making money.They try to overcharge for everything . Next time I am worried about being charged for just entering the store ..

In my recent visits, I've noticed fluctuating prices at this location since the change in ownership, with an increase in charges. For example, I was billed $40.00 to fax documents, a significant jump from $1.00 to $2.00 per page. This inconsistency in pricing makes me question if charges are arbitrary. Despite the proximity to my house, I'm considering switching to the UPS on Marketplace due to better customer service and fairer rates.Updated: I had to fax more documents so I went to the UPS store on Market Place in San Ramon because they charge $2.00 for the first page, with additional pages priced at $1.00. They will have my business from now on. When you are faxing over 20 pages, saving money is a plus.

This store seems to be a ripoff to send anything. They wanted to charge 4x what you can do with USPS. No transparency for options. Feels like a scam company in hiding cheaper alternatives.

Don’t go here for your passport photos, they will not do them correctly and you will have to pay to have them redone when you have your appointment with city hall. This particular location also charges to accept usps drop off. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Avoid at all costs. Owner is dishonest and will try and gaslight customers via google review responses to try and distract from poor management and terrible customer service. Also reporting this business to google so they can address the gaslighting and dishonesty

In and out in under a couple minutes for an Amazon return, thanks to Karen! Most cheerful and pleasant experience I've had at a UPS, great start to a Saturday.

I came in on 05/30/2023, at 3:50pm. They let me wait for 20 minutes no help.The service is bad. Bad attitude, very slow, don't want to help customers at all.

So, i always do business here. The people are really nice. Today was a very unpleasant experience. I was told by the girl behind the counter that I owed money for a shipment I made 6 days ago. First of all she could’ve waited until I was actually at the counter to address the situation I was at the printer making copies. The way she came at me was very unprofessional. The young man who rang me up apparently that mistake was on him, but to my knowledge I paid. I do business with them weekly. Never no problems. The girl kept asking me when I was going to pay. I’m like to my knowledge I paid already the package already arrived in Vegas. I will be talking to the manager very disappointing. Once you leave a store how can you ask someone a week later to pay???? Why would I not pay???? I’m a business woman myself I don’t play games. The young man that helped me they should be talking to him. Also the girl who helped me today her attitude is always snobby.

3 stars because I've had standard (not excellent, but not bad) experiences at this location frequently in the past. However, today I had a disappointing experience. I stopped by to do some Amazon returns (I had about 6 or 7 items because I was returning leftover party supplies after an event). The transaction went smoothly, though the employee was clearly slightly annoyed that I had so many returns and made a show about wrapping almost every return in clear plastic in front of me (I do Amazon returns at UPS frequently, and no one else has ever done this). Then, after the last item was scanned, I got a lecture from the employee about how I should be wrapping my returns in clear plastic because it's "easier for them and better for the planet". I'm not sure how much clear plastic suitable for packaging items the average person has laying around their home, but we definitely don't have any. Amazon also specifically indicated that none of the returns I brought should have been packaged, so that sounds like an issue this person needs to take up with Amazon, not their customer. As a customer, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. The last thing I need as a grown adult is a lecture when I'm following directions (especially when I've been given grief by UPS employees in the past when I haven't followed Amazon's return directions exactly). I sincerely hope this person directs the energy they spent trying to correct me and likely other customers to take up the sustainability issue with Amazon directly. I'm going to keep following the directions from Amazon to avoid issues for myself, but will just avoid doing any more business at this UPS.

DO NOT buy your stamps at this UPS store. They are now marking up stamps by 250%!A global Forever stamp is currently $1.45 at the post office. UPS is charging $3.70 for the same stamp.I have been buying all my stamps there for eight years and never minded the reasonable surcharge they used to have. But suddenly they're adding 250%?I left a 5-star review here in the past, and I have always enjoyed my frequent visits to this store. But aside from the unfailing great service by Benny, I am less and less impressed since the new owners took over.

The Ups Shop provided me with a five-star experience. But, after reading all of the nasty reviews on Yelp, I must confess that I was concerned. The company from which I purchased provided me with a tracking number, and I was able to track the cargo for pickup on my phone. The website was frequently updated. They offered a delivery window for the day of delivery and called ahead of time. I called them twice on the day of the delivery to inquire about the delivery status and was able to connect with an attentive representative. The package arrived in wonderful condition. There was no evident damage to the package or its contents.Don't be discouraged by the negative feedback; give them a shot and you'll be glad you did.
