The worst UPS store I have ever been to. The staff is not friendly or welcoming. We have been here countless times and every time the staff acts as though they do not want to be there or customers are inconveniencing them, especially when dealing with Amazon returns. And they charge $2 to accept USPS packages! Every other UPS I have been to does not charge. I recommend going to another UPS nearby if you are able to if you want a more pleasant experience.

This is the WORST ups I ever been to, this guy I don't know his name but he was old and had white hair. He disrespected me so badly, first he tells me to scan the item myself, then he tells me to tape the box myself after he said we couldn't tape it there. He kicked me out of the store cause he was being disrespectful and I showed him the energy he was showing me.

Not a good place for any shipping/printing/photo/notary needs. They over charge and rip you off for every service they provide.

How do I make this zero stars?The store went from having employees that would ask you how's your day going and being nice while making money -} all about making money.They try to overcharge for everything . Next time I am worried about being charged for just entering the store ..

In my recent visits, I've noticed fluctuating prices at this location since the change in ownership, with an increase in charges. For example, I was billed $40.00 to fax documents, a significant jump from $1.00 to $2.00 per page. This inconsistency in pricing makes me question if charges are arbitrary. Despite the proximity to my house, I'm considering switching to the UPS on Marketplace due to better customer service and fairer rates.Updated: I had to fax more documents so I went to the UPS store on Market Place in San Ramon because they charge $2.00 for the first page, with additional pages priced at $1.00. They will have my business from now on. When you are faxing over 20 pages, saving money is a plus.

This store seems to be a ripoff to send anything. They wanted to charge 4x what you can do with USPS. No transparency for options. Feels like a scam company in hiding cheaper alternatives.

Don’t go here for your passport photos, they will not do them correctly and you will have to pay to have them redone when you have your appointment with city hall. This particular location also charges to accept usps drop off. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Avoid at all costs. Owner is dishonest and will try and gaslight customers via google review responses to try and distract from poor management and terrible customer service. Also reporting this business to google so they can address the gaslighting and dishonesty

I have a very bad experience with this store . I shipped a package on Dec 19 2022 and paid $146.83 for next day before 9:00am guaranteed. (small package , see receipt attached ) to NC . It was delayed by UPS and didn't arrive on time before my friend's flight. I came to the store in person on Dec 20 and store requested package returned to the store so they filled the claim for the refund . The store said they would follow up and keep me posted . And I never heard from them again. Then on Jan 3 I returned to the store and told my story. The store said 1) the package is now missing - tracking showed it's delivered to the store on Dec 29 , 2022 but store didn't received -see attached 2) claim could not be filled because they don't have package . (BTW , I could not fill claim because I shipped through UPS store only store can file for me ) . The store said nothing they can do pending UPS investigation. Once again they said they will keep in touch with me . Today , Jan 9 since I have not heard from the store , I call UPS store. The guy named Ben asked me to come down to the store so a lady named Laurie can help me find the package . After waiting in line for 35 minutes I finally got to talk to Laurie . Laurie said my package is not at UPS store . Ben said nothing they can go . Now, I paid $146.83 UPS postage and my valuable package is missing . UPS said it's at UPS store and UPS store said they don't have it . UPS asked me to contact UPS store to deal it and UPS store said nothing they can do . Lesson learned don't ship through UPS store ever.

In and out in under a couple minutes for an Amazon return, thanks to Karen! Most cheerful and pleasant experience I've had at a UPS, great start to a Saturday.

I have been using this store for 8 years. They have great service, reasonable charges and treat you with respect.
