I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Reina Gallegos, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, Reina made me feel welcome and at ease. She took the time to understand my style and preferences and worked with me to create a customized look that exceeded my expectations. She's friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend Reina for any man looking for a great haircut.

The people at the front desk are friendly and professional and always greet you with a smile. For me, the best person is Reina Gallegos, my hair stylist, is very professional, skilled and a good listener to what I want...then she guides me to what is the best for me. Awesome!

Hilliary had been my hairdresser for a few years at this point (crazy how time flies!) and I've never been disappointed. She keeps me grounded on what's doable and still pulls off my crazy requests. With all the colors I've done my hair is still shiny and healthy thanks to her (and due diligence of course!) Hilliary is funny and wonderful, it's always fun talking about my ideas with her. She keeps it real and I always appreciate her recommendations.

I DON'T recommend this hair salon/business. They are phony and pretend to be great professionals that will do what you want with your hair. Well, I came here for a FULL highlight with a tone in mind, and the stylist Gabriella did NOT listen. She totally made my blonde dull, dark and brassy. Came in for a 2nd time to get it brighter, including a curl, however she didn't do what I asked AGAIN. Totally rude and snooty! She was in a hurry to get me out and said "Don't have time to curl your hair!" In a snooty tone. How dare you?! My blonde turned out even worse the 2nd time. When you promise you can do something, you DO it, not just say it. Total waste of time and money. I deserve an ENTIRE refund!

Lived-in balayage by Gabriella Cortez. Gabriella is amazing! She recommended hair color that would compliment my skin tone and she blended it well with natural color of my hair, which is black. Loving my new look! :)

Belong Beauty Society is the BEST salon in the bay!! They are so welcoming and kind. Every time I walk in im greeted and taken care of. The stylists are so experienced and listen to my needs to customize my service. Whenever i'm there i feel at home. Highly recommend this gem of a salon!!

I went in for a scalp treatment. I had Renee. She was amazing. She showed me my follicles on an ipad. And she explained to me what good follicles, and not so good follicles look like. She then put an oil on my scalp. And then washed my hair, and conditioned my hair. She also blow dried my hair. When i told her she didnt have to blow dry my hair all the way, (my hair is thick and long) it would take forever to blow dry, she offered to braid my hair for me. It came out looking so cute! And it took me back to my childhood. So thank u! 5 stars for Renee!

I usually had my hair done back in Singapore as I have not been able to find a good hair stylist here... but today, I met one that changed my mind totally! Effie is an amazing hair stylist and most importantly, one with a heart of gold . A complete stranger that extend her kindness to me and I was so touched by her gesture and I had an amazing hair cut that I absolutely LOVE! Thank you so much Effie!

New ownership and updated vibe! 2nd floor location but they have an elevator and parking garage to save my hair from the elements! Friendly staff, and clean salon. Some of the stylists have been there for 20+ years and there are also some great up and coming stylists too.

Had my hair done by Reina. First time with Reina and the Belong beauty Salon. Really great experience. Reina was very thoughtful, took her time and worked with my hair. She colored my roots and did some wonderful lowlights and updated my haircut with a new style and I love it all! The Belong Salon was very pleasant. Loved the light and the ambience of the space. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Reina if you are looking for a new stylist and color specialist.
